I went for lunch here with a reservation and we were sat down pretty quickly. It is a little tight like a lot of spots in Paris, but it’s not really an issue. This was one of the best meals I had on my France trip, by a huge margin. The pork rolls were perfectly crispy and so flavorful. I felt the quality of ingredients was high from the first bite of that spring roll. The pho… oh the pho… I don’t go a day without wanting to have that pho. I tried the modern twist of the pho and the meats were buttery and the broth was perfectly rich and fresh. They aren’t kidding with the certifications their meats have. That was an amazing pho and I wish I lived in Paris, neighboring this joint. This place is definitely worth a try if you like Vietnamese food.

Simply put, this is the best pho broth that I’ve had in Paris, and it’s not even close. The chả giò or nems as the French call them were homemade which is a rarity in Paris. The CƠM THỊT KHO (caramel pork belly) was PERFECT. Wife and kid loved their bun bo. (Bo bun as the French call it).

We were intrigued by this Michelin-guided Vietnamese restaurant in Paris. We ordered signature pork nem, bun tron, and com thit kho, and everything was delicious. Despite not having reservations, they accommodated us and asked if we were okay with eating for 30 minutes. We’re fast eaters, so we didn’t have any problems with that. The place is a bit small, but it’s clean. Overall, the experience was good.

This place is deeeeelish! Well deserved Michelin recognition. Small menu. The pho broth is rich and northern style. The spring rolls were hearty and very very tasty. The space is small so you definitely need a reservation. I highly recommend this place.

Coming from Toronto, Canada where we have so many delicious Vietnamese restaurants, I can say confidently Mam From Hanoi is worth the visit. The Pho is one of the best I’ve had. Both the traditional and modern pho had very flavourful broth, with lots of meat. It was perfectly seasoned—not too salty or too bland. The spring rolls was also very tasty with generous filling and even some lettuce to wrap the rolls in!

Very happy to have gotten a reservation here on my recent trip to Paris. This is one restaurant I’ll come back to whenever I’m back in this city

We arrived without a reservation but were able to book a table for lunch an hour later. The food was easily some of the best Vietnamese cuisine I’ve had in Europe on this trip. The waitress was also very friendly and chatty, which made the experience even better.

Flying from Canada to visit Paris, my family and I have to make many decisions for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. We are so glad that we found this restaurant and made the reservation even before leaving Canada. This restaurant is always full of customers and it is important to make reservation as well as arrive on time! There was a customer who missed her reservation time but luckily after waiting for a while she got her table! Also, please remember to fully charge your phone as you may not be able find a table with a power socket nearby. The dining area is nice and the food is just unbelievably good! I have been enjoying Vietnamese food items in many cities in Canada and this restaurant is just one of the best Vietnamese restaurants. It is not just the good favours and it is not just the great taste, but it is the unique way the food was prepared. This is the food that you expected as Vietnamese food, but this is also a surprisingly good food that you don’t expected as asian food. The spring rolls are just unforgettable and we ordered the second time after enjoying other food items! Don’t forget to enjoy the expresso before continuing your journey! If my schedule is not that tight, I will definitely go back to this restaurant again and again!

Just had the most wonderful meal at Mâm Paris, and it truly felt like a journey back to Hanoi with a surprising touch of Europe. Their Hanoi-style phở was exceptional — the broth was clear yet deeply flavorful, carrying that comforting aroma of star anise and cinnamon, while the addition of Irish flank gave it a tender, rich depth you don’t often find outside of Vietnam. Every spoonful tasted like slow-cooked care.

The pork nem were golden, crisp perfection — light yet satisfying, with that delicate balance of herbs, vermicelli, and pork that paired so well with the dipping sauce. It’s the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes after the first bite just to savour the moment.

What I really admire is how Mâm manages to honor traditional Vietnamese flavors while weaving in French and European influences in such a natural way. It’s authentic, yet with a Parisian refinement that makes the dining experience truly special.

If you’re in Paris and craving something soulful yet elevated, Mâm is the spot — a little corner of Hanoi, reimagined with love.

Food was very flavorful. I suppose it is adjusted to European pallet where they take a less spice. I did have to ask for chili sauce.

This is very casual place, you sit down, eat, and go as there are many people waiting outside.

It was very lively atmosphere . Space between the table is very narrow.

I wish they had a little bit more extensive menu . But it makes sense for business point of view to have focused menu variation, friendly ingredients menu..

The service was very friendly , the staff worked very fast. We get to see the Kitchen.

Reservation recommended. The tables were full at the time the restaurant opened, but maybe you’ll be OK if you prepare to wait.

If i could leave 10 stars i would! It was so tasty unbelievably tasty. I went with a friend who is vegeterian. Didn’t try any starters as there were not vegeterian options. We ordered “Bun tron” 1 vegeterian, 1 with beef, both were super tasty, but personally i liked with meet more. Everything was perfect about the dish. Flawor, combination of ingredients, texture. So good! Also we tried coffee with concentrated sweet milk, strong taste of coffee and very sweet.
The dessert was unusual but tasty as well.
