Solo visit:
I was immediately seated. Before I could take my coat off, the most AMAZING server, Madison took my beverage order and served it with speed. The hot rolls are exactly what the are, steaming! My fried pickles appetizer was awesome and served quickly after ordering. The ribeye was cooked exactly how it was ordered and was to die for! The staff attending other tables went out of their way to accommodate others dining. Madison was, hands down the best server during my week long visit to Ontario, Ohio! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my dining experience!

Very loud sitting in the bar while the bartender was preparing drinks so not a good fit if you’re having a business meeting.
I ordered the filet mignon and I got to say it was the worst piece of meat I’ve been served. Ordered it medium it was served to me well done not once but twice, then the third time it was served to me pretty raw. Of course by this time, the rest of my party had completed their food it was pretty red in the middle but warm so I choose to keep it. Could barely cut through it regardless of the angle. I do not believe it was a filet mignon at all.
But what top the cake is while we’re sitting there still having a business meeting and we are done eating the dishes stayed in the table in our face for the rest of the time. Definitely not worth the investment! We weren’t even offered a discount off of the inconvenience of me not being able to eat with our party.
We will choose different next time. Do not recommend.

Our server was amazing! We had a big party (14 people) and all of our food was done not only correctly but tasted great! She was very thoreau and was managing quite a few tables along with ours! total Rockstar! I wish I knew her name, I was a little late arriving. But she took care of us right away. The food variety is great! I personally reccomend their salads (crisp cold lettace & their ranch is good!) and their shroom burger (has parmesan peppercorn sauce with French onions) so so good! A few members of our party actually went back a few days later to order the same cheeseburger

There were 10 of us celebrating my wife’s birthday. We were seated right away, and were served drinks very promptly. Our waiter was fantastic, and he served us by himself! Our orders were taken and all the food was hot, fresh and good! Our drinks were topped off at just the right time. I brought a cake and candles, the waiter brought plates and forks! Very nice atmosphere, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.

We travel a lot for work and see this place sporadically. We decided to try it. The food was sub par. My steak was rubbery. The ribeye was thin. EVERYTHING was under seasoned. I got the surf and turf. The coconut shrimp were good. The crab cakes were just okay. The rice was flavorless. I got a loaded sweet potato that I wouldn’t call loaded and it was burnt. Not impressed with the food.
Also…The cooks in the back were having a burping contest at the serving window. One would burp, they would laugh and then the other guy would do it. Gross.
The waitress was sweet and did her job but had friends at another table so she wasn’t 100% on top of everything but did well enough and had a good enough personality to get 20%.
All in all, I don’t think we will be returning.

Not the worst… definitely not coming again. Honestly our hostess was the best service we got the entire time. We saw our server once when we ordered and that’s it. The food was ok. Appetizers 6/10 meal like a 3/10. One steak was beautiful, the other was probably the worst cut of meat ever. Drinks were wrong, half the food came out after consistent reminders, and it was wrong…we asked for 3 boxes and even that was wrong… Like I said the hostess was honestly the best part of this experience. Save yourself the trouble and go to roosters nextdoor…

We were told when we arrived that our wait for a table was 15 minutes. We waited an hour. The three hostesses just stood there looking at their phones even though there were empty tables. Not too many steak options to choose from for a restaurant that offers steak. Food is sub par at best. The service was horrible. The server gave us our drinks and then walked away. Then came over, 10 mins later and said, “Do you want to order food?” I watched him go and talk to other servers instead of taking our order when he set our drinks down the first time. Our food was cold and hard. We did complain and the lovely manager comped one meal and gave us 50% off the other meal. The only food item that was hot and fresh were the rolls.
