You know those days where all you want is tasty fast food with real ingredients. Smash burger did it. Sulley (Soo-Lay) the manager is so welcoming and recommended the classic smash burger. I do not regret it one bit. Every bite is a burst of flavor from each ingredient in the classic way it’s intended. I’m so glad that I didn’t opt for what I’m used to and tried a new place.

Great location with great employees! Jeremiah and Sulley walked so other employees could run. They were super nice and answered the silly questions we had about the menu and location. The food is brought out to you, with a smile. They’re also generous with the fries, too. Really appreciate them for making this post-work meal not miserable.

Horrible customer service. They held the food I ordered for over 40 minutes despite me being right in front of them. Instead, they told me the food would take longer because there was only one chef, which I understand; however, two families and several deliveries were completed as I waited. Before I stood up and demanded a refund, by now the food was cold, so it wasn’t worth it. The manager refused to give me the refund until I got upset and demanded my money back. The other employee started shouting profanities at me, and once I refused to take the cold food. The manager refused to give their names so that would would not get reported. This location has fallen, and I will never go back there with my family again.

Tried for the first time the other day and Incredible food and customer service. Sulley the manager and her staff were friendly and went above and beyond. Food is brought to your table and the food is to die for. I love the smokey bbq sauce, highly reccomended the bbq bacon cheeseburger and the sweet potato fries!

I visited Smashburger on a Sunday Afternoon with my family and I can say it was good. I got potatoe fries, wings and one of thier signature burgers . I wasn’t really impressed with the burger itself as the bun felt cold. But overall the environment was serene, clean and quiet. The only downside to this was also the price which was kind of high compared to other places .

The worst service I’ve ever seen in my life. This is my second time coming here, and the same thing happened again: no one comes to help you, even when the place is empty. When you ask something, the staff either ignores you or takes forever to respond. They also laugh in the kitchen, which makes it seem like they’re making fun of customers. I find that extremely unprofessional, and it honestly feels like they just don’t care about their job. Terrible experience, both times I came here.
