Neither of us had been to a RL in many years, not a lot is open on a Sunday night and we were starving so we decided to give it a try. We had the calamari appetizer which was deep fried and very greasy. The chicken Caesar salad was good, the best thing we ordered. The seafood stew was overwhelming buttery and greasy. Overall the place was a bit dated and run down, our waitress was pleasant and prompt but there were folks at the hostess booth who would barely acknowledge us. Unfortunately based on our experience it will probably be another 20 years before we try this again.

Service was excellent by Nate. Restaurant was clean. Food could’ve been better, crab legs were horrible. Didn’t care for the employee drama in front of me. Maybe talk to employees in the back and NOT in front of customers. This made me FEEL very uncomfortable. Overall decent. Bathrooms are very clean. Didn’t get any ice cream with my cake? Were you out?

A bit of a wait because there was a lack of staff. The hostess was very helpful. She explained the situation to every customer and was constantly updating everyone who was waiting. The waitress was very attentive. The food was excellent. The drinks were good. The new menu was refreshing with many new options. Overall it was a good experience.

My first time at Red Lobster. Must say the food was delicious. the place is a little pricey, but for any seafood lovers, it is worth it. The service was nice and polite, the only thing that might bother people with poor vision is that the place was pretty dark, it could use a little more light. They also have a good variety of yummy drinks, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic. I’ll save up some money for now and definitely visit again in the future!

Went for my cousin’s birthday with a group of 7 people around 11 when they first opened. We were able to get seated quickly and our orders taken right away. While we waited for our food we sipped some Sunset Passion Colada and Bloody Marys which both had excellent flavor. Our food came out hot and fresh and only 1 dish (bacon Mac n cheese) had been forgotten, which our server fixed immediately. Our server was EXCEPTIONAL! Feeling bummed I forgot to get her name for some recognition but she was kind and patient, just a sweetheart! Thanks to her and the staff at Red Lobster for helping make my cousin’s birthday a great time!

12/29/17 @ 18:06…This was my first visit to the Elkhart Red Lobster and I was not impressed with the quality at all. I was led to understand there was new kitchen staff? We ordered 2 small plate apps (asian broccoli and loaded fries) the fries were supposed to have cheese and green onion, but did not (I did mentioned that I was disappointed by this) We ordered shrimp tacos with Brussels sprouts and the pick 2 with coconut shrimp, grilled scallops and a baked potato (butter & sour cream on side) to share. The biscuits that came with the salad were over cooked and dry. The salad was very wilted (my husband ate the salad anyway, I did not) The tacos were swimming in spicy Baja sauce that was so hot it was not enjoyable (I did mention this) and the brussels were practically raw (very tough) the coconut shrimp were greasy and the potato came with butter and sour cream on it instead of on the side (I asked for a new one). Our dinner was $46.06 and not in the least bit enjoyable. No manager or supervisor ever came to our table. Very disappointing. (The food was edible, just not enjoyable. Scallops, rice, potato and Asian broccoli were very good. The loaded fries were good too just missing ingredients).
