I ate at this McDonald’s 2/25/2026 and must thank the crew for providing quite the value meal! (I think they accidentally switched my order with someone else’s, but it was pretty similar to mine, so I got a bonus large fry instead of a small and extra chicken nuggets.
I asked for BBQ sauce, but when I found ranch in my bag, they kindly exchanged it to the requested sauce!

Their quick! However i only get breakfast & I eat the bacon egg & cheese & 9 out of 10 times the bacon is not cooked its like rubber & I have to pull it off my sandwich because it becomes like a piece of bubblegum in my mouth.. but the rest of the sandwich is spells good!! RIDP THR BACON GUYS AN GALS!

Lol.. ******* but today did an online order & got there they were super friendly , clean lot, girl taking orders great attitude.. & 2nd undies girl was very friendly & kind! I ordered a bacon egg & cheese biscuit sandwich n a hasbrown. Well I always take top PC of bun off n smother it with honey & jelly m another bottom bun plus sandwich with hot picsmyr sauce which ate i place the hash brown in top sandwich replacing top bun & i then toss hot pecan tea sauce oclceeit cut in half!! And this morning’s BREAKFAST WAS absolutely the best I’ve had n a very long time the service.. the atmosphere ease of app order & pik up!! This breakfast Club this morning Won me over completely!! bammThsnk You for the Great Service & sandwich & hash browns!! High Five!! Highly recommend stopping here for breakfast!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very poor service. Waited at the drive through for more than 10 minutes, finally had to drive around to window to get service. The guy at the window would even say a word to us. He took our money, made our coffee and closed the window. That was it. By the way the coffee was made crappy. Im from out of town and this was by far the worst McDonald’s I have stopped at.

What’s a Big Mac without the Mac sauce? What is a double quarter pounder without the second patty? The whole place was disgusting. The fries were cold with no salt. They forgot half our food which was cold. The drinks had no taste, after having to swim through a puddle to get them. The bathrooms were disgusting and the trash cans were overflowing. There was trash all over the place and the floors in the dining area were horrible. There were flies everywhere and the windows were so dirty. Worst $50 I’ve spent.

We have eaten dinner at this McDonald’s at least 4 times on our way home from Brookville Lake. The food is never hot and does not taste fresh. It always tastes like it has been sitting around for a while. I will never go there again. Based on other reviews about the cleanliness of this location, maybe the Board of Health needs to get involved.

Place was trash! Employees were also trash this whole place should just be thrown in the TRASH. Disgusting and dirty. Like GRIME on the floor dirty. My shoes stuck so bad I about lost them. They also forgot all the fries in my order and when we got them they were at least three days old. Employees were rude. If I could give this place negative stars they’d deserve it. Pictures don’t do it justice honestly.

I was served a very clearly moldy bun on my spicy chicken sandwich. It was so moldy that it’s apparent that this was seen and disregarded. If I had had the time I would have went back for a refund and politely refuse a reorder.

None of the employees were wearing gloves when preparing the food. Also when we went through the drive through and ordered moca frappe the lady yelled we don’t have them we are out stop selling them at a fellow employee. Last when I got my order it was burnt.

Terrible service. Didn’t get our food order right. Was out of ranch and snack wraps. Girl friend ordered a iced coffee and there was no coffee in it. No body there seems like they know what’s going on.
