The service was also excellent, out waitor Gerald was fantastic, but he was quite busy this evening so I didnt see him very often.
The complmentary Valentines day beverage was an unexpected treat too, thank you again!
The restaurant was very comfortable and pleasing to the eye as well, it made for a very lovely and welcoming place to spend the evening.
The butter chicken and chicken tandoori were our favourites, but I can say we really enjoyed the whole variety, 10 / 10.
Thank you for a wonderful dinner and a pleasant evening!
Zaika Indian Bistro is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance feels warm, welcoming, and well put together—perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated, and has a relaxed vibe that makes you want to take your time and enjoy the experience.
The food is outstanding. Every dish is packed with authentic flavors, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that fresh ingredients are used, and the quality is consistent across the menu. The sizzling platters are especially impressive, both in taste and presentation. Portions are generous, and everything arrives hot and full of flavor.
Service is friendly, attentive, and professional. The staff is happy to explain menu items and help with recommendations, which makes the experience even better—especially if you’re new to Indian cuisine.
Overall, Zaika Indian Bistro delivers excellent food, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. It’s easily one of the best Indian restaurants in the area and definitely worth visiting again!
Angy, our hostess for the night, welcomed us warmly and took great care of us throughout the evening. We started off with a couple of appetizers, which were absolutely delicious and set high expectations for the meal. The main course, along with the freshly made breads and cooling raita, was decent – not extraordinary, but satisfying enough.
To end on a sweet note, we tried the mango custard, followed by a round of chai. The chai especially stood out — aromatic and flavorful, it lingered pleasantly and left a lasting impression.
While the overall food experience was good, the service was a bit on the slower side. It seemed Angy was the only one attending to multiple tables, which likely contributed to the delay. Though the restaurant wasn’t packed, one person handling all the tables is understandably challenging. That said, Angy remained attentive and courteous, and we truly appreciate her effort. The slower service didn’t reflect her commitment but rather a staffing issue that the management should consider addressing if they aim to maintain their standards.
Despite this small hiccup, we consider it a one-off situation and would still happily recommend Zaika to others, especially for their flavorful appetizers and memorable chai.
YOUR BUSINESS HAVE A GREAT EMPLOYEE .
The desserts were lackluster as well. The mango pudding was not very sweet and ive had better rasmalai from GITS packets you can make at home. Overall very disappointing in the buffet and absolutely not worth the $33 price tag per person.
