I go to this TB regularly and I’m not one to get upset at staff, I know how awful fast food jobs are. But I’m so sick of having missing items in my order and food just made wrong so often! I would let it slide cause again, I get it, but I see more chatting and goofing off than there clearly should be. My last 2 orders were messed up, one was just given to the wrong person completely and the other was missing the most expensive item! I’m just tired of it.. Don’t even bother doing pick up for mobile or door dash or anything, cause they just pick and choose when they want to actually do it right and check people just coming up and grabbing food that’s often not even theirs.

This store is nasty, if the sauce packets get thrown into a bag looking this nasty and probably covered in bacteria only the lord and the neglectful management know what else is going on in there. Don’t eat at this place. They never have a line and I see why!

Yeah so this was crazy. This was the container my fries came in Also, was missing a chalupa, goodbye $5. And my quesadilla wasn’t cut at all. Last time the chalupas i got were like 90% lettuce 10% beef. Don’t do it, Tacobell is too expensive anymore for this nonsense.

I mean, it’s Taco Bell! pretty much what you’d expect. But I will say this is probably the best fast food drive thru on Memphis. I’m not here too often and its usually with that late night 4th meal craving, but they do get the order right in the drive thru. Dinning room is pretty clean and comfy from what I remember.. Minimal complaints, maximum crunch! These New Spicy Ranch items slap!!! Live Mas!

Placed an Mobile order to pick up at drive thru, when I got to the speaker to check in they stated that it wasn’t coming up and to come inside and show them my order receipt. Cashier called the manager on duty who saw my conformation email and the ap showing that I had to still needed to check in. She attempted to change to pick up inside after few minutes she walked away and started making food when I asked the cashier what’s happening she stated that she was making my food. I sat and waited with my son after 20 minutes still no food. I again asked the cashier what’s going on,it’s been a while she asked the same manager about my food and the manager told her if it did not come up then it could not be made the manager never came up to inform me this or apologize. I told them they should have told me this to start with instead of making me wait and waste my time. Manager did not even attempt to resolve the issue. I cancel my order thru the ap immediately. If she would have told me in the beginning that it could not be made I could have canceled it then and re-order my food. I will not visit this location again!

I was told that they had improved. That they had new management, so I decided to give them another shot. Yeah wasted time. I order spicy potato taco but replaced the Chipotle sauce with spicy ranch so I paid an extra .45 for it. Each of my tacos they barely but any sauce n some of my tacos only had 2 potatoes. I tried calling to complain and NO ONE answered the phone it kept ringing!
