It’s up there for fast, casual burger places. Personal favorite is the Santa Barbara char sandwich. Flavors pear very well together and the butter toasted bread is just the cream on top that pushes it over.
Temporary green beans is the reason why I keep coming back here. Love the crunch, but also taste amazing. I love fries, but I think I might like this more than potato fries.
I always go when they have the $10 Gotta Habit Deal.
The only thing that I don’t like is the drink options as they tend to lean to speak for me personally.
S O S O F R E S H and delicious.
The BEST hospitality at THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION ONLY, and pretty quickly prepared. A tad pricey but everything pretty much is these days.

The Habit has remained a favorite fast food restaurant of mine, but during my most recent visit I noticed some unfortunate changes that seem to be a pattern in many businesses across America today.
While the food quality continues to remain solid, the customer experience has shifted. One of the more noticeable changes is the generosity when it comes to condiments. Where the employees used to provide complimentary ranch, honey mustard, and barbecue sauces without hesitation, they now charge for these items. While these adjustments may seem minor, they hint at larger economic trends affecting even well-loved establishments. I wouldn’t say these changes overshadow the overall experience, but they do signal a shift in value. Hopefully The Habit finds a way to balance these changes while maintaining the quality and customer service that has made it a standout choice thus far.
This crap just isn’t worth the money.

This was my first time eating at a Habit Burger. The aroma of beef cooking on the grill greets you outside and excites the hungry guest about the meaty feast awaiting you within. Given that I stoped in at around 2pm on a weekday and there was still a line of people waiting to order, I was anticipating a great lunch!
Sadly, the food didn’t quite stack up to the expectations created. Considering the calories in a double stack (1,000+ depending on toppings), I was stunned by the small size of the burger. The flavor was pretty good, but the burger was finished quickly and left me wanting more. I got the seasonal special, the pretzel pub char. Both the burger and the pretzel bun were excessively greasy, but not soggy, so overall not bad. I just wish there was more.
The fries were terrible. I have to assume they are cooked in large batches and left to sit under a lamp to keep “warm.” They were lukewarm at best. Gross. Each set of fries should be cooked to order! Yuck
5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆
