Unexpectedly, I had lunch here… I ordered a Mojito, and the staff asked if I wanted to try their ramen, which wasn’t even on the menu yet.
The Mojito was indeed the best I’ve ever had, and the ramen was also delicious and reasonably priced. Since it’s not a dine-in restaurant, I took my food and ate it right there in the shop.

My rating is based on the hong kong bubble waffle. Not recommended- It is very bitter, leaves your mouth feeling very dry, and does not taste like how a bubble waffle should taste. Color is unusually dark and you can tell based on my picture that the texture does not look right. It is not supposed to look “flaky” looking, this isn’t a cake

Great spot for both ramen and bubble tea. The ramen is flavorful and well prepared, and the bubble tea is smooth and not overly sweet. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and has a nice atmosphere. Service is quick and friendly. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

Absolutely love this bubble tea shop! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with recommendations. Their bubble tea is top-notch – the flavors are vibrant, and the tapioca pearls are perfectly chewy. My personal favorite is the classic milk tea, but their fruit teas are also fantastic. Highly recommend this spot for any bubble tea lover!

Came here three times with friends this past week.
Boba: The brewed teas are legit- I ordered the King of Oolong, Rose Oolong and Jasmine. I can taste the tea leaves! Friend’s Peach and Mango drinks were refreshing with a good balance of flavor and sweetness.
Food: More often than not, the food in boba stores are subpar; an afterthought. Not here! All of us got Fries and Popcorn chicken, which are prepared when you order it. Even when it takes a while, they are still speedy and it’s a peace of mind knowing the food is freshly made. While the chicken doesnt hit in terms of “being authentic Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken”, it is still addicting and delicious. They do not skimp by including bones, skin or fat(something I experience restaurants do…), each bite is juicy meat! Friends who got corn dogs and takoyaki balls were satisfied.
Service: The staff cares about you and it shows. When my friend ordered a (1) boba tea, someone came out to her to make sure she knew of their free drink promotion. When I ordered my boba with 30% sugar, they wanted to confirm exactly how sweet I wanted my drink. It makes us want to come back when they pay attention to detail.
Excited about this boba place! If they can keep this quality control up, they will have customers for life.

Highly recommend! Drinks are delicious and fairly priced. In quality cups, not the thin plastic ones that break easily. Easy to order in-store on a large screen. Employees are very nice. Ambiance is cute and relaxing. Clean bathroom. Definitely my new go-to bubble tea place! They have food options as well, but I have not tried.

I ordered the original popcorn chicken bento box and a medium brown sugar milk tea. I had to wait pretty long which was a downside. The milk tea was good but could have been a bit sweeter for my taste and I’d also requested it to be sweet in the notes. Most of my cup was filled with ice which took away from the flavor. The bento box gave me a bad stomach ache that prevented me from finishing it.

Joe N Tea is a must have for bubble tea lovers. The ambiance is calm and inviting, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. Their menu offers a variety of flavorful teas and creative toppings, all made with quality ingredients. We had the passion fruit bubble tea and strawberry matcha coconut drink which were both outstanding. We also tried the bubble waffle and it was such a treat. The staff is so friendly too. If you’re looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a refreshing drink, Joe N Tea is definitely worth a visit!

This is a new place with Boba. This has wide variety of Chinese cold tea. I liked the mango flavour. Place is super decent and very attractive. Interior design is great and nice seating area.
