I am writing to report a serious food safety concern. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and Bacon, and upon taking a bite, I discovered the beef patty was raw and pink in the center.
The meat was visibly undercooked.
Serving undercooked ground beef poses a significant health risk, as it can carry harmful bacteria. This situation is hazardous and should be addressed immediately to prevent potential illness to other customers.
I am requesting that this matter be investigated and that corrective actions be taken to ensure proper food safety standards are followed.

My kids like six piece happy meals. I have gone to this store and other McDonald’s for the entire four years that they’ve been getting happy meals and you get four and six piece. Happy meals as options you get apples or double fries and you get toys yet today even after we questioned them when they did not put the six piece in happy meal boxes like they have for the last 60+ orders that we’ve done there and they have it every other location they were rude when we simply said we asked for a happy meal happy meals come with toys they come in a box. Oh, we don’t do that for six piece. They lied and they were rude and they won’t get any more of our business. McDonald’s is definitely going downhill to allow these things to go on and I hope the manager of this location sees this and the owner of this location sees this because whoever is working on Saturday, December 20 at 2:35 PM just lied to a customer and if they are telling the truth or they’ve changed the policy then they’re wrong because they have been providing six piece happy meals like every other McDonald’s location has forever so what changed and it’s not a happy meal if it doesn’t have a toy the toys are already crap. The food is already garbage. Let the kids have the toy that makes them happy, but to not even separate the two happy meals into their own bags is plain laziness. The person at the window should be fired immediately. The manager that allowed this to happen should be fired immediately. Don’t even care that it’s the holidays the incompetence in the workplace has to stop fire them and stop calling something that doesn’t come with a toy a happy meal.

Now when you go there and receive your food they do your food any kind of way. They really don’t care how they prepare the at all in this day in time. I feel this particular area anyway sucks at customer service at almost any store besides the more expensive eatery restaurants and stores. Richmond sucks all together.

I was then informed it would be a 20+ minute wait when I asked for a refund I was refused and told it will go back on my card (The app says to get a refund in store) and when I asked for the franchise store or corporate number I was refused. I called the store a little later and asked for the same information and was hung up on

After we went to the drive thru, the lady told us to come inside and we went inside THEN then they told to go BACK TO THE DRIVE THRU… then made us go around the drive through THREE times for 3 seperate drive orders. Their service sucked and the so did the workers

If I can taste the mildew in your ice then you need to get that machine cleaned or serviced or something there is no excuse for that you are going to make people sick. Your ice machine is molded on the inside and it needs to be addressed because I can actually taste it
