WV Almost Heaven (Montani Semper Liberi)
Tasty food. Clean interior. Quick food service to the table. Two stars shy of 5 stars for the AWOL waitress. We could see her across the restaurant making time with a scraggly/scruffy guy. She was really making the eyes at him. Laughing overly giddy at his every word. Set our salad down without any silverware. Left our drinks un-refilled. Was nowhere to be seen when we spilled a glass of water. May try another O’Charley’s but never this one again.

The food was good. The chicken tender was soft and not greasy. The fish and chips was crispy soft and not greasy as well. The bread was served warm, it was soft and good. Our server was great to us. Its a pretty great place to eat.

Unfortunately this last time was not the best experience. The chicken was dry and tough and the loaded baked potato had sour cream on it, after I had asked for it off when I ordered. It seemed that it was understaffed that night, but that is no excuse for food that you can’t eat.

The meal was great, all selections. Our waitress was very efficient and friendly, and overall dinner was a good time. But the front of the house, hostess especially, left much to be desired. Rude and abrupt, so maybe she should change career paths

Was told we could sit somewhat close together with our group of 7. Got there and was told we had to be seated to social distance at about 20ft from each other instead of 6 like every other group in the dining area was. What food wasn’t already cold when we got it, tasted good. Other groups not together were seated right next to each other with a partition wall that was maybe 3 feet tall by 1 foot wide between them. Asked for management later about the food and they didn’t come. It’s obvious they only care about money and following COVID-19 guidelines to the minimum to avoid being fined or shut down.

I ordered my steak med to med well, the top of the steak looked good the back of the steak that was on the plate was burnt to a crisp, the chicken was warm but not hot and the fries had been reheated, needless to say I wasn’t happy, I felt like our waitress had a attitude like we were bothering her, thing is I’ve been a waitress for 20 plus years so I know how hard the job is, we didn’t say anything because like I said the waitress already was in a mood who wants spit in their food, not saying she would do it but who knows

This is the 2nd O’Charley’s ive been too and they STILL are the best restaurant ive EVER been too. I absolutely love this place…goodbye olive garden and red lobster, yall aint got NOTHIN on O’charley’s! Salad was delicious, wine was amazing and the Southern Belle Margarita divine lol

Terrible quality food, especially for the price. This is a picture of their “loaded” potato skins. It paired very well with the burnt steak. Dont waste your money here.
