Not gonna lie – this is why you go to chic fil a! Because if you spend $12.00 for a chicken sandwich meal it can’t look like this.
After letting he know I was missing my meal I was told oh, we don’t have anymore McCrispys and walked away from the drive thru window.
Only to return after a couple minutes hand me a bag without an explanation – I barely got her attention to get a straw…
Luckily I don’t live here – I travel for work which leads to eating out a lot – I had this same sandwich in Missouri last week – and you would think they were two different restaurants.
Inflation is real they split one piece of bacon and no lettuce and half a teaspoon of fried jalepenos in a teaspoon of mayo…

The food is nasty…consistently. How do you mess up premade food? It takes 15+ minutes to get food every time. There’s really no point in complaining, all they’re going to do is copy and paste the same link they spam in each review. It’s better to just not comeback, they do not value customers.

Open till 12am and it’s 10:40pm. Picking up a doordash but can’t cause they didn’t want answer intercom even though im the only one there. Then was told by another person that they just shut door and window on him and said they closed and not doing any more orders. So they basically lazy and didn’t want work. They feel they can close and end early when people are trying get their orders .

The service I received today was horrible at best. I was accused of doing something shady because the app did not process my order and automatically charge my debit card. The order was $14.85 and showed as pending on my bank account. I was fine with using my physical card until a worker, that wasn’t helping at the window, stated I was trying to do something shady. Instead of assisting with resolution, you decide to insult the customer.

on feb 1 i ordered McDonald’s on the app for breakfast when I went to pick it up they were closed because of the snowstorm understandable, Now the part that I don’t understand as I’ve literally spent probably 2 1/2 hours with a bunch of phone calls trying to get my money back. I’ll get a call when I’m at work. They’ll give me a number to call back and when I call back, it’s either busier they don’t answer. It’s sad that a company so big doesn’t want to give back. $16.89
I guess this is what they do seems to be a standard practice now with these big companies they make it so hard to get your money back so that way you’ll just give up.
Then through all of this, have they offered anything? no Just a bunch of I’m sorry and we’ll fix this that never get fixed.

Flat out disgusting bathroom. See the pictures. Tables were littered with tables as well. Corporate McDonalds needs to audit or look at this place ASAP! Also they had no ketchup packets at all yet there was ketchup in a cheeseburger we got? Is it really that hard to just put ketchup in a small container to give it to me? That’s basic customer service. Avoid this place! I would give it a 0 star if I could.

I ordered through the mobile app at 2:51pm. The drive thru line wasn’t long at all. It’s now 3:18pm and I’m still sitting curb side waiting on my order. It definitely shouldn’t take this long for a frappe, fries and a McDouble. What’s the purpose of the curbside if no one pays attention to the orders inside the store. Came they’re at 11:25 PM when they close at 12 AM ask for a number one big Mac meal fresh meat and a number 92 cheeseburger meal fresh meat and was told that they have no meat. All they have is chicken but they have over 35 minutes before they close unheard of. I’ve worked at McDonald’s. I’ve been eating McDonald’s for years. I’ve never been told there’s no meat unless they’re completely out in the store. There’s no way there’s no way McDonald’s. Someone ordering right or whatever at the end of the day is very very unprofessional and I will not be going to that McDonald’s anymore.

If I can give this location zero stars, I definitely would. The manager sucks and it’s disrespectful. She threw food at a customer when I arrived on the inside. on top of that I went through the drive-through for my order and was the only person in drive-through and still had to wait 15 minutes to be serviced. When I didn’t receive my food in a timely manner in my the drive thru, I came inside and still didn’t receive the service that was necessary. Do not come to this location don’t waste your time. Go to another location.
