Ms. Doris took care of us. What a sweet kind woman. Sopes are my favorite food and they were not a vegetarian option on the menu. She helped me to modify and put tons of delicious veggies on them. The homemade salsa verde and hot sauce is amazing too! Lastly, the BEST guacamole I’ve ever had in my life. Full of vegetables and flavor. I see why this restaurant has such a high rating on google.

Quaint little local Mexican spot. Decent service, great food, kind of small dining room. This is a seat yourself, pay at the counter type of place. Happen to go when it was super busy, only one table was open but the service and food came quickly.
We ordered the cheese dip for an app and the Steak Burrito with rice and beans to share. Honestly didn’t need the cheese dip with how much queso they put on the burrito and it was definitely big enough to share with your partner. Might have to ask for extra salsa when you sit down.

Quaint and charming family establishment offering delicious, authentic, homemade dishes. The service was excellent, especially on Mother’s Day when they offered each lady coming in a red rose and pink and white Mother’s Day cake for free! Such a sweet gesture…

This is about as authentic as you can get for the area. The soup was truly how they make it in Mexico. Very good food.

Thursday night was Mexican Night and we decided to give this new spot a try. Veracruz is at the front of a local shopping complex just a bit off the primary road. They have ample parking and the restaurant is easily accessible.
You enter a vibrant and bright restaurant with plenty of tables to accommodate even larger groups. We started with the normal salsa and chips, and then tried the Bindip (Bean Dip with Queso). It was awesome! My meal was the ACP but I added some green peppers and mushrooms to the order, and that too was phenomenal. The rest of the family enjoyed their meals as well.
Overall, this place serves up excellent food at a reasonable price. It’s clean, staff is friendly, and service is great. What more could you ask for? I definitely recommend!

Since we recently moved into town, we were looking for a good authentic Mexican restaurant. So we tried this place out. Ordered ed barrier tacos, fajitas, sopapillas, and chicken quesadillas. Most of the dishes came with beans rice, we had fresh tortillas, and chips and salsa were provided. Everything was delicious. Was really good. We are coming from El Paso so we really like to find good authentic Mexican food and this was some of the best we found so far in North Carolina.
