My first impression of this location was that they got nothing in my order correct. I ordered a munchie meal, ultimate cheeseburger, two tacos, halfsies fries and a large coke. What I got was a cold chicken sandwich, onion rings, a single small order of regular fries and a root beer. Personally, I’m just never going back to this location.

I went thru the drive thru. The young man working at the window was pleasant, expedient, & provided good customer service. I was pleased with my burger and my pup was pleased with his chicken nuggets.

Service isn’t always good. Drive thru they are always rushing you to order, the food is mostly cold, doesn’t look appetizing. Dine in isn’t any better, only thing is looks clean enough. Staff aren’t friendly.

First the speaker at the drive thru want working we can barely heard …. then they give me the order all wrong …. third and last I order number 17 (chicken fita fajita ) when I got home … they put a burger instead of my chicken fajita …. but I was in shock when I open the box the bread it was all burn … my husband order a munchie meal with curly fries and two tacos he got french fries instead ….we wait in line for 20 min … to get our order all wrong ….. one time I got the chicken pita with all green bread it was mold and I was pregnant after that time this was first time buying again from this restaurant and it was because my husband didnt listen to me …. my favorite jack in the box so far is the one by march lane…..

It was neat and clean, and our food was hot and as expected. But the service was poor. We stood for several minutes waiting to place our order. Although we could clearly see three associates working, no one ever bothered to say that someone would be with us. They just kept working and never made eye contact. One even came over to give someone else their order and never ganced our way.
We were the only customers inside, besides the guy who was called over to pick up his order.
Finally, another person came from out of nowhere to the counter and asked for our order. No acknowledgment of our lengthy wait or anything. And she had the nerve to be abrupt – lol. OK

I only received half my order in the drive thru. I had two bags and only got bag 2/2 but not bag 1. I drive 15 mins and waited 15 mins in the drive thru. Drive 15 mins back home to my family of 6 and two of us had no food to eat. It was too late to drive back. I called several times and left messages but have not heard back. I wanted to drive back over but it’s been inconvenient and I work the opposite direction the rest of the week. I just wanted my meal or a refund. The phone just rang off the hook. Why have a phone number if nobody answers it. I understand they may be busy but that’s no excuse. I’ve worked in retail for over 20 years. I know what’s acceptable and what’s not and that is not.
