They usually get my order right. Unfortunately I have to pull up and wait for my food almost every time that I come here. How does it make sense to put two drive-thrus whenever you can’t make food fast enough to give the customers their order at the window. It seems to me they should get rid of one of the drive-thru kiosks then maybe they can keep up with the orders and give them to the customers as they pull up to the window instead of having to pull up and wait on their food. ♂️

Food is always great and fresh. Only issue we have had on multiple occasions is getting sauce with nuggets. They are getting real bad about not putting it in the bag and if they do they put the sauce in first so that way if it busts if will seep thru the bag and get into your car.

December 3, 2025 around 5pm the young lady working the drive through answered with an attitude when I was not even up at the speaker saying I needed to yell she couldn’t hear me. I told her I cannot pull up any further there is a car directly in front of me not allowing me to pull up. She copped more of an attitude with me and got pissy because we wouldn’t ram into the car INFRONT of us so she could hear better? Definitely would not recommend a job for her working around people.

Paid 5$ Bought frozen cokes. They took my money. Then told me the machine was down. Instead of refunding me “because they can’t” (their words not mine) they gave me normal drinks instead. 2.18$ purchase for FIVE DOLLARS INSTEAD. I would’ve just bought drinks if I wanted them. Not what I wanted. The service actually sucks. I WOULD NOT HAVE paid 5$. Got dodged by managers. We’ll be filing a dispute on our card.

I ordered breakfast at 10:15 online. Paid for it ahead of time. When my wife arrived at the store . They had no food for her stating they were not serving breakfast. That they were serving lunch.did not offer anything as far as food. No refund. When asked to speak to management, the manager offered no refund compensation, asked to leave and with a rude condescending tone to have a good day. I have yet to receive any kind of a refund. This is straight up theft.

My son ordered and paid on line for a pick up breakfast B4 10:30, when his wife got there she was told they quit serving at 10:30 and had nothing for them, no refund and did not offer a lunch meal, the manager told her to have a good day and dismissed her. This is very poor customer service, I do not recommend this establishment, and by the looks of your ratings no one else does either

Forgot half of my order and just chucked fries in my bag making a mess. I took the bag, looked inside, and it appeared right excluding the scattered fries. When I got home I saw that they forgot parts of my order. This is a continuous thing that happens with this specific restaurant. The workers act like they don’t care. They don’t verify and just go on like normal. I was charged for food that I didn’t receive. That is theft. I will make sure the next worker that screws up knows they screwed up. Absolutely ridiculous and poor staff management.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s the food is fresh, not only the employees, but even the customers are great, the store is always clean, and a must have, the bathrooms are always clean and usually smell pretty ok

i’m actually never eating here again after my receipt says i should’ve gotten a ranch cup and i didn’t. she said i owed 25 cents even though my receipt says i ordered a ranch cup. i paid 9$ for the meal and im not going to get my 25 cent ranch cup? lol do better it’s 25 cents after all the money i’ve spent here and all the change i probably said JUST KEEP IT. stupid
