First time here and we absolutely loved it! We stopped by around 9pm on a Saturday night, not too busy and the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Washrooms are clean, plenty of dining tables, self-serve drink area that’s well stocked with napkins, straws and other items. We had a double cheese steak burger (all dressed/the works = ketchup mustard onions pickles lettuce tomatoes) and a garlic cheese steak burger (any garlic lovers must!!!), side of shoestring fries and onion rings. Optional sauces ots for $0.50 each: Frisco (similar to thousand island dressing), ranch, buffalo, BBQ, and more! There was a weird ‘nugget’ looking thing in our basket… dont eat that – it was weird and uncooked like raw batter/dough?
Anyways, we are Definitely adding Steak n Shakes to our road trip stops!

If I could give more than 5 stars for our experience at this Steak ‘n Shake, I absolutely would. We were on a roadtrip to Cincinnati and stopped here for lunch, and it will be a must-have stop from now on. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious.
Misty, one of the managers, made our day with service that was truly above and beyond. I had to stay in the car with our corgi while my boyfriend went in, and she was kind enough to bring out my food to the car while he ate! My boyfriend mentioned that his birthday is today, and she surprised him by making a birthday shake to go. She even gave us a pup cup for our corgi.
Not only was this the best Steak ‘n Shake experience we’ve ever had, but honestly one of the best food service experiences. Very grateful, thank you Misty and team!!

Usually LOVE this place, but this time, what a disappointment. I hate the fact that you order on a kiosk now…even though it’s been that way foe awhile. The burger was disgusting….I had NO idea it was loaded with spoonfuls of buter!!! Even the fries weren’t top notch. It will be a long time before I visit again.

Stopped in specifically to try the Bitcoin Burger, and the location didn’t even have the Bitcoin stamp on the bun. That’s literally the defining feature of the promotion. If you’re going to advertise something themed and branded, at least execute the basics.
The burger itself was fine, but without the stamp it just felt like a regular menu item with a marketing gimmick attached. No explanation, no acknowledgment, nothing.
If you’re participating in a promo, actually participate. Otherwise it feels misleading.

A lady went nuts at the drive through when I was in line. I wasn’t expecting dinner AND a show! The burger and fries were delicious, and the sweet woman at the window was fantastic! She handled that crazy lady like a pro. I definitely recommend this spot! A+

I haven’t had Steak N’ Shake since I worked there years ago and was so excited to have it again. I went through drive thru and I was literally sitting for a good minute waiting to get to the window. Even though it took a minute, the food was good and fresh! The milkshake was so delicious also!

I love steak and shake. I think it’s still the best bang for the buck. The burgers are much better than McDonald’s and the fries are about as good. The price is outstanding for what you get compared to most places of this quality

One of the waitresses (an older lady) informed us that they were out of seasoning for the fries but “you can buy a container of it from us if you want it that bad”
My burger was good except for the garlic sauce was entirely in one corner of the burger and made a giant mess.
Another one of the waitresses was incredibly sweet and provided a great experience. Overall, just okay.

Steak n Shake has changed the game! They are back! The beef tallow fries are incredible in every way. The double steakburger and side of Chili are always on point now to! The best part of it all? I can pay using Bitcoin! Any place that accepts BTC is a place I will visit!
