This location is absolutely unacceptable and I will never recommend eating here.Worst location ever. The food is consistently trash, and the fries are always some nasty cardboard-like texture. Every single visit has been a terrible experience, and nothing ever improves. It honestly tastes like the food is being re-cooked, thrown back into old grease, and served after it’s been sitting out for who knows how long. I’m done with this place and will never be back.

The drive-thru cashier’s name is Dora who took our order,she had very very long fingers nails ,feel like Telus when she gave me back my chance , three times I had to tell her ranch dipping sauce but she still gave us barbecue sauce instead,” I always check ✔️ my order before leaving the property” when I go through the driveway window I had to go inside to change out the dipping sauce after I checked my order, I asked the cashier inside her name, I try not go to Fastfood business establishment frequently drive through because it’s always some kind of situation with your orders at great of them of these locations , the young cashier inside that helped me was very pleasant and professional and polite .

Ordered a JBC combo to go. After driving 10min away to eat, I found the two Junior burgers were room temperature cold. They don’t taste good. This is the worst Wendy’s I have been to. Buyers be aware: check your order before you leave this place!

They received 1 star for poor service by counter person. Possibly the most unfriendly employee I have seen at a business. Some where a manager isn’t doing there job. Food was good. Been here many times but would think twice about returning. Update . I finally returned after a long time due to the poor last visit. Service much better.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich no tomatoes and fries. The fries (which they say on their website are hot and crispy) were room temp and soggy…didn’t eat them. The chicken patty looke like something out of a high school cafeteria and it was dry as sand. It had tomatoes on it which I told them not to put on it. There was a tiny bit of mayo, I had to put more on it at home. HORRIBLE food. I will never eat there again

I had a situation with my payment, and my card didn’t go through. The older lady at the window was absolutely a saint. She made me feel at ease and comfortable and like it could happen to anybody. I know it can, but in the moment, I was feeling quite flustered. She was patient, not pushy. I was able to figure out my funds and get it handled as quickly as possible without any issues. With the stress of the holidays, she was a strong reminder that a smile and patience can go a long way. I’ll be going back there again!
