Did the cartel take over this Wendy’s? Asking for a friend. So I hate talking to a AI in the first place and it wasn’t understanding what I was saying I was asking if the price is the same and it started telling me about fries instead of price and when someone finally got on there and said there is an upgrade she was so angry and hostile toward me and so aggressive that I didn’t feel safe so I called the police and there is a police report on this today because they got my order wrong and I was scared for my safety to go in there and get a refund for things on there that I didn’t buy. This needs to be addressed by the Wendy’s Corporation. This franchisee needs to be dealt with. Read the reviews! There needs to be a class action civil suit for everyone they have accosted in the community. They need to be shut down by the health inspector and this aggression by these staff members that is so abusive to individuals needs to have palpable legal consequences.

The actual human service was not bad but the have AI taking your order initially and it just stopped working so I had to sit there for a bit saying “hello, hello” before a human answered and told me none of my order had been recorded by the AI bot.
This is why AI is NOT better.
The food was hot so that’s certainly a plus but the overall quality is so different (just like everything else these day). It would just be nice if the amount were charged was actually worthy of the quality of product we receive.

Fast food gimmick review: Garlic Fries and Pretzel Pub Chicken Sandwich…the garlic fries are really good! They must pour oil or butter on the fries so this is high calories! It tasted great. The pub sandwich is chicken, Muenster cheese, pickles, bacon, beer cheese and I think onion straws on a pretzel bun! It was pretty darn good! Food was hot and fresh and made fast. Nice staff!

Most disturbing experience going to this Wendy’s! The girl at the drive thru taking my order decides to talk in the most annoying voice while taking our order. She was talking very sarcastically. It sounded like she was upset that I wasnt able to complete my order with AI, but I just ignored her! The only reason the order didn’t complete with AI is because they were out of sprite. After I paid they try to hand me my food fastly. Almost forgetting that was not all my food. They never made my large drink, just handed me the ones for the kids meal. Then when i got home I checked my bag and ofcourse there is food missing!
This wasn’t the first time that I’ve went here and had issues. Last time they were several items missing from my order. I only live 2 mins away from this location and never recieved hot food. The burgers seem like they have been sitting all day and the wrapper is crumbled. The Fries are never hot or freshly made..
I will not be coming here again! I would rather drive to another location miles away! Or just eat somewhere else! We only choose to eat here because it’s convienient & close to our house! We used to come here all the time and never had any issues until like the last year or so! So this location must be under new management now and new employees! Who don’t care about good work ethic!
Update! I went again during the daytime and everything was like it should be. Fries were hot and sandwiches. All the other times i’ve been it was at night. So it must be the night crew that’s lacking!

This is a place to eat nearby and I am thankful they finally have a fish sandwich . I come here every now and then and everyone is nice and I never have any issues. I do enjoy cheating on dairy with a frosty and fries, together of course. I thought the fish sandwich was ok and I’m sure I’ll have it again, though it is 6$ and something….. at least it is cod and not minced fish.

This place is the worst. The ingredients are terrible – crunchy burgers, stale buns, soggy lettuce, etc.
They screwed my order up and it had to be remade because it was covered in ingredients I had asked to be left off. The staff was apologetic and remade it. It was made correctly, but it was still terrible.
Another customer overheard me explaining what was wrong with my order and told me the location hires anyone with a pulse, doesn’t train them well and then has high turn over.

Need everyone to be very careful when going to this location!! I went this morning to get my kids bf , I went to the drive-through and paid with my credit card. Never got my credit card back just was given a receipt and two coupons. I called to get my credit card back went back and my card was charged other food that I didn’t charge for. Thankfully I checked my bank account and I saw there were chargers made spoke to a lady there about it seem to be the manager. She gave me an attitude, but no other response to it Can’t trust anyone always make sure you check and see before you leave now I have to do a whole dispute on my credit cards, and I will be calling corporate..
