My husband and I ordered take out from this place. Of course it was our first time. We ordered ribs, sausage, dirty rice, two orders of twice potatoes and coleslaw. For some reason we received brisket instead of sausage on one plate but that’s neither here nor there. What upset me was the bbq! It was DRY and very much CHEWY! It was not seasoned, just tasted like a bbq pit! The ribs were VERY small like the size of a pinky finger! The bbq sauce tasted like marinara sauce with sugar maybe a splash of sweet baby rays bbq sauce. The sides wasn’t good either! Dirty rice was okay but that would be the only thing I would eat if I HAD to choose something! This is my honest review and I would not recommend anybody eat there! I am really shocked and disappointed because I actually looked them up and read the reviews! Definitely a let down! I hope this helps someone.

I had probably the best Pizza I have had in years. I had a Canadian bacon, mushrooms, onions with pineapple pizza. Oh my gosh was it the best. Can’t say enough on how fresh and flavorful the pizza was. I hope it is the same next time. Thanks for the great food.

My wife and I shared the 1/2 lb juicy brisket and 1/2lb Czech sausage with a salad. Along with a bottle of Corona, it was downright perfect. Staff was super nice. Gave us samples of the BBQ so we knew what to expect. The place has a real “country” feel to it. Definitely going back.

The food was ok. Not the greatest. The food seemed cold and the bbq sauce was cold to where they just took it out of a can or refrigerator. I just go back to my regular one that I know is fresh and hot.

The BBQ was okay. For about $16.00, I got the 2 meat plate.
The brisket was on the dry side. It wasn’t that moist or tender and didn’t have much of a Crust.
The pulled pork was also not that tender. There was a subtle chemical after-taste, likely from the smoking process.
The sauces tasted somewhat watered down.
The Macaroni and mashed potato were not bad as sides, though nothing remarkable either.
I also ordered the banana pudding which was actually pretty good. Not too sweet, but it was creamy and had a nice texture.
The atmosphere was nice. Plenty of seating and employees were patient enough to explain the menu options pretty well.

This place was absolutely fantastic! I have never experienced such hospitality in my life! And don’t get me started on the food! Shared a brisket and some ribs with my gf with the sides, and it was way more than we could eat. Had to eat the pecan pie while there was still room in our stomachs. BTW, I definitely recommend the pecan pie. 5 stars only because I can’t give more.
