I go to sonic multiple times a week and have started having issues that are ridiculous to say the least. I have given the restaurant multiple opportunities to fix their problems and they continue to not fix them or make it worse. The staff is completely rude when you mentioned there’s a problem with your order or don’t pick up the phone at all. I have had HAIR in my drink MULTIPLE TIMES NOW. You get up charged for adding items like extra Strawberry that you just won’t get in your order when you pay for it. I was told I had to pay for a new drink when there was hair in it. In the pictures is hair in my drink twice. The first one I got through the drive-through and the second was remade to have no hair. I had to pay for the second drink with hair in it. I bought two drinks no refund with both having hair. A shake I paid for extra strawberry in and barely got any. As well as a coney with extra onions and got none. I will say they used to be amazing and I would never have any issues. But over the last couple weeks, they have definitely gone downhill.

The food was awful, the breakfast burritos were swimming in a mixture of grease and cheese, there was so much cheese it was sticking to the roof of our mouths. The burger was so flattened it was paper thin and burned to a crisp. And the pickle fries were falling apart and just gross. Not to mention it took forever and the lady taking orders was smoking her vape pen between every customer and blowing it out the door for everyone to see.

I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito, it’s literally just bacon in a tortilla and no salsa was included and i had to wait 15 minutes. i go to Sonic frequently and it’s always slow, even when they’re not busy. don’t waste your time.

They do well for only having limited staff every day. Sometimes it takes about 8 minutes or so to get my food. But it’s always hot and fresh they have gotten better lately

This is my second time going to Sonic this week, and both visits were really disappointing. The first time (Monday), I waited over 20 minutes for my food, and when I finally got it, they forgot my hot dog which was part of my combo. I didn’t even have time to go back because I had to get to work and only had about 10 minutes left to eat.
I decided to give them another chance yesterday, but it was just as bad. I waited another 20 minutes for my order, and when I asked how much longer it would be, the staff just said, “It’ll be out in a minute” or “We’re still working on it.” The customer service was rude and unhelpful, and honestly, the whole experience was frustrating.
I won’t be coming back to this location again waiting that long for fast food and being treated like that isn’t worth it.

I showed the general manager what I had received and instead of apologizing for such horrible food going out his window he accused me of wanting free food, even though I never even asked him for a refund or anything free. I just wanted to make him aware of what I had received. He was very disrespectful and for that I will not be back. I understand bad food but not a disrespectful staff, especially coming from the general manager. His concern was that I waited 3 weeks to show him what I had received.

I stopped by there the other day to order a burger and some tots. I had been sitting in the drive through line for quite some time and actually wanted to just leave but I couldn’t, so I just sat there…trapped. Anyway, I get to the window and they charge my card for the food. After a few more mini I happen to look in the window and I see a guy vaping right by where they make the food…disgusting. I asked for a refund, explaining why. Someone who I have to assume was a manager gave me a refund…no “we will take care of it” or any acknowledgment of the situation.
Think about it…if this is their standard where customers can see what they are doing…what are they doing around or to food when customers can’t see? Disgusting.
