Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Habibi Grill! The food was bursting with authentic flavors — creamy curries, soft naan, and perfectly spiced dishes that made every bite memorable. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, but what made it truly special was the owner’s warm hospitality. He personally checked on us, made sure we were comfortable, and even surprised us with free rice! A small gesture that showed big heart. Highly recommend this place for great food and genuine warmth! ❤️. It was our first day at Salt Lake City and I already have good place to eat.

I was recommended Hababi Grill by a friend of mine, BEST recommendation for a restaurant I’ve had in long time! The atmosphere was very welcoming and vibrant with quick friendly service! The chicken tikka masala was the BEST I’ve ever had! Garlic naan, same! The chef came out and talked with me & the couple at the table next to me. He was very friendly and soft spoken. I will definitely be returning and telling my friends and family to check out Hababi Grill!

The naan, the samosa, the biryani, the butter chicken… you ever eat somewhere and you feel like it ruins that genre of food because it is so good? You know you can’t eat that type of food anywhere else now? That’s habibi. Everything was so perfect it was like I was having it for the first time and it blew everything else out of the water. Definitely try this place. Peshawari naan is so good it could be a dessert.

I had dinner here last night — it’s an amazing Middle Eastern restaurant with authentic Pakistani flavors! The lamb kebabs and all kinds of naan were absolutely delicious. The taste is rich but not too heavy, and it’s especially suitable for Chinese people’s palate. Highly recommend this place!

This restaurant was AMAZING!! My family and I were visiting from NYC and stopped by to have some food and it was some of the best food we’ve had. We ordered the bone chicken shinwari and chicken boti (tikka) which came with naans that were huge and delicious. The spice level we ordered was medium and it was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our food. It came piping hot and fresh. We also ordered the traditional chai which came in these huge mugs and was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended you check this place out, you will leave with your stomach full and praising the chef.

Best beef samoosa in SLC without any doubt. Beef seekh kabab is a but dry, but that’s the nature of it. With soft naans, the combo is worth a real try.

Chicken was good great. Amazing flavors! The naan was good. The cheese naan was excellent. The shrimp in one of the dishes was overcooked and chewy. But it had great flavor. The place is a cool and unique atmosphere. The service is great. They are very nice. Everything in the menu looks great. It takes a bit longer to get food. But that just means they’re cooking it to order. .can’t wait to go back and try more.

I recently visited this Pakistani restaurant Habibi in Utah and was really let down. I’ve traveled to major cities across the US, including New York and California, where there’s a large Pakistani and Indian community. I’ve had this same dish in those places for under twelve dollars. But here, they were charging $17.99 for it. That’s just not fair. The quality didn’t justify the price either. The chickpea curry called Halwa Puri, was way too salty, and the sweet side dish tasted burnt. The bread which is called puri was the only decent part. It’s disappointing to see a place overcharging customers like this. If you’re thinking of trying it, be aware that you’re paying a premium for something that’s not worth it. Also like most decent good customer service restaurants will offer you something else or a gift card or a refund, they don’t have any such thing, which is a very bad customer service. Because you will not get a repeat customer once they had a bad experience at your place just by saying sorry about it. And by saying sorry we got your review does not help your cusumers. So maybe check prices and quality elsewhere before deciding. Wish I could get my refund.

It’s been a month I am here in Utah & had been to a lot of restaurants. And this one still is my favorite, hoping to come back to have dinner for my birthday.
Excellent food, spices are on point . Customer service is great . Loved the decor a lot. Hopefully in future this place grows & they can open multiple restaurants in different areas.
I was impressed with the freshness of the food, I really enjoyed the food. Also I gotta mention loved the seating arrangement on the corner, reminds me of me of old times back home , too cute .
