Honestly, they deserve 12/10 stars! I am a first timer here, and Keisha’s positive energy and enthusiasm about the food SOLD me. I love spicy foods and the spicy lamb was so good (and might be the best lamb I ever have. Parker and G were quick with good recommendations for toppings and sauces. G even came back to check on us to make sure everything tasting great! Give them all a raise!

Yall, lemme tell you Gee.. is so amazing! She literally makes my day every single time I come in. Usually, I’m having a horrible day and trying to fix it by getting a bowl. I’m vegan, so I always feel so much anxiety being particular about making sure my bowl is perfect, and she handles it with care every time as if it’s her own! That literally touches my heart in such a way you can’t understand! I typically don’t eat out because it’s so hard being picky being vegan, but she ensures I’m satisfied without question! Now if I hadn’t said enough already, Mari also makes the cava experience go from good to great! She has a loving, infectious smile that melts whatever mood you may have had to start the day! She makes your bowl with love and you can tell in every bite! It’s always the perfect amount of romaine, saffron rice, and hummus to stretch across your entire meal for now and if you happen to save enough for later, and she never forgets my free pita on the side or going above and beyond to make sure my pita chips are fresh, it’s really the little things that keep me coming back every time. It truly feels like family every time I enter the doors, and who doesn’t love good family and a great meal?

One of my favorite meals I had when visiting Pensacola! I had the Harissa avocado bowl and it was delightful. They somehow made kale taste good to me. I usually hate vinaigrettes but the ones here are more on the creamy side than oily side. Will definitely be coming back

Jordan at CAVA was amazing! From the moment I walked in, she had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience feel welcoming. She was patient, helpful with recommendations, and made sure my order was exactly right. You can tell she really cares about customer service and creating a good experience for people. I’m a very observant and sometimes very critical especially when it comes to food, service and cleanliness. Right when I walk through the doors I was met with a threshold greeting from the cashier. “Welcome to Cava” with eye contact. So I felt welcome the moment I arrived. As I scoped the place for cleanliness I was surprised at how clean the windows, tables, floors, ceiling fixtures etc was. As I approached the front counter I noticed something on everybody’s faces SMILES which is unusual in a restaurant so I take it the restaurant management is doing an awesome job. The first time I ate Cava was through ubereats so I wanted to go inside an actual store to get the full Cava experience. The food is sooooo good and fresh which I love. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to sit and dine in a place where every race and ethnic background is welcome. The menu has so much to offer. I will be a repeat customer at my new favorite place to eat. So if anyone here in town or visiting Pensacola needs to come and visit Cava and get the Harrissa Avocado chicken bowl it is sooooo yummy.

The woman at the register “Gee” was such a ray of sunshine! I️ had to ask her, her name because she was absolutely so nice and vibrant. I️ will definitely be returning.
