I came in today around lunch change-over and was really disappointed. All I ordered was nuggets and fries, I asked for the fries to be cooked to order (fresh) and the nuggets well done,
I have come to this location 4 previous times and ordered nuggets well done and not a SINGLE time have they done it right, including today I had to ask for them to be redone and my fries were cold. The manager was rude at first.
I had some woman who worked there walk behind the counter without uniform to tell everyone to remake it properly and then harass me for asking for my food to be remade. The fries came out warm the second time but had no salt and this is what the nuggets look like.
Wouldn’t recommend this place with how the staff represents themself and is blatantly disrespectful

This has been the worst Mcdonalds I have been to in 5 years. we come here A LOT and it never gets better. I understand a mistake occasionally, But it’s every single time We go. We went 3 months without even eating here, and go back and it’s the exact same. I received a Quarter pounder deluxe With NO BOTTOM BUN and no tomato…Me and my husband together with 2 half filled medium fries. The other day Got a big mac. We went on a Sunday around 4:30pm. Flies were really bad throughout the whole place. Tables were dirty and the floors. Ordered tableside service and sat waiting for it for 20 minutes before I realized it had been sitting on the counter with flies swarming it along with several other orders. It looked like at least 10 people walking around behind the counter and none of the customers could catch their attention so they were fingering through all the food sitting on the counter looking for their order. Don’t know if this happens regularly or I just came on a bad day.

Olivia is really nice & made my time here count. She is a great addition to the McD’s crew Plus this whole store, including bathrooms & Play area, has always been super clean. I’ve never had to wait long for my order in the 50x I’ve been here.. That’s why I keep coming back. The only store around with a Playland too.

There needs to be a sign letting cash paying customers know that the kiosk is a waste of their time. By time you get someone over to take ur money, you might as well just order at the register.

I ordered something through the drive thru and we checked the bag and of course we are missing something so I go inside the building and I’m waiting for more than 30 mins and the manager is not even paying attention or acknowledging me or other people at the counter so this place sucks and their service stinks and the manager had a pissed off attitude when all I needed was something that was missing from my bag when I ordered. I have order multiple times here, the food is either really old, completely wrong, cold, or all the above. The managers obviously don’t care and I absolutely hate this McDonald’s, worse one I’ve been to out of all of them. Step it up.
