First time I ordered a side order of rice. I didn’t expect them to have side orders of rice and to be told it would have to be purchased as the chicken bowl and it’s entirety, but I was pleased to be proven wrong. Got a small order of rice. The amount of rice given compared to the cost was very satisfactory, and let me just say,…. the rice,… was cooked extremely well! Whoever makes the rice there deserves a fricken raise because they were on point and made my late night dinner a content one. Thank you!

Went through the drive thru, the person assisting me with my order was rushing me, telling me to drive forward multiple times while I wasn’t even done completing my order. Finally, after driving forward, I get told to wait in the front which isn’t abnormal. Then I get my meal. While ordering I specifically wanted a certain sauce, not a big deal. The employee comes with my order with not only the wrong sauces, but other condiments I didn’t care and not what I ordered. So, I went inside to get the correct thing, right? Nope. I walk in, the person who gave me my order denied me service, then the door locked behind me, saying ‘we aren’t open until a specific time’ when I just went through the drive thru and after I specify an error. It seems little, but these things stack up.

Typical fast-food restaurant, nothing special. The cashier was nice and our order came out fast. Average tasting food, didn’t find anything special about it and don’t understand the hype of it (I’m from the East coast.) Fries were good as it was crunchy for both the straight and curly fries. Also, for whatever reason, both my burgers were missing bacon, which was supposed to be included. The sourdough sandwich was okay.

I ordered a milkshake and French toast sticks. Only received milkshake and still got charged for two items. They refused to give me a refund since I did not have receipt but they also didn’t give me one either.
This is a poorly ran establishment. Always have the orders or missing menu items. The inside is disgusting. The workers don’t want to help you at all. They need new management. Totally unacceptable behavior from the staff. Everyone should be ashamed

Bought a #1 and #6 combos total $21.18. Fries taste like they have plastics in them and the sourdough jack was room temperature. When did cold burgers become acceptable? Two bites and back in the bag it goes.
The customer service was good though. I also want to give prop to the owner for responding to the reviews, good job.

This place has consistently either got my order wrong or I’m missing an item. I haven’t gone back here in months until today. My fries were missing….i don’t want to keep going inside and telling the workers my order was missing items. Someone please tell the workers to double check receipts and the bag!

I walk in and the dining room is filthy. Both floors and tables during a slow time for them. This was not enough to make me write this review. Next, as I get to the counter, I get no greeting. That doesnt bother me much. Now, as I start to say my order, the guy at the counter ignores me without warning to talk to to another coworker. I let him finish and I get no type of apology for him cutting me off. A simple sorry would have sufficed. I received no type of service as I completed my order. As I get my order, im tired and dont check the bag because I expected my order to be ok. Just a burger and fries, nothing special. As I get home, Im shocked to find that my fries came out of old oil that needed to be changed. I could taste the burnt on those fries. I couldnt finish them because it would have given me a stomach ache. I will never return to this location.

I often customize my burgers (without bun) and most of the time, I get what I wanted. The added tomatos was skipped twice, out of the dozen times I have ordered recently. The receipt even shows to add tomatos. This place is fine, but double check on your custom orders.

SLOWEST Jack in the Box for counter service. Waited 10 minutes in line and another 15 for my order. The Drive Through seems to be getting priority with the cook. Watching tons of orders go out the window! Next time, if there’s a next time, I’ll give that a try. It’s busy but nowhere busy enough to explain the long wait!!!
