Ordered food last night 1/2 chicken, sliced brisket and chopped brisket.
The chopped brisket and sides were good but the chicken was as dry as chicken jerky and the sliced brisket was like sand.
We’ve had good experiences here before but this was horrible. Not worth $25 dollars a plate. It was picked up promptly and not reheated. So pickup order was not the issue.
Left feedback and have not gotten a reply. Update.. 2 months later and still no reply to feedback.

The service was really good and the food was decent, but their menu needs some work. Several items were scratched out with a sharpie and they added a 3.5% service charge to offset rising food cost. This might be a good time to update the menus and be more transparent.

I went out for BBQ with my boys to celebrate the older one’s birthday. He wanted to try this place out.
Sadly, we were very disappointed. He and I ordered the “Two by Two”- two types of meat and two sides .
We both had brisket and pulled pork for the meats, he had two different mac and cheese for sides and I had beans and deviled egg potato salad.
The meals were served relatively cool, with his Mac and cheese being cold.
The meats were very dry. Everything looked as if it had been sitting out for a while even though it was served rather quickly.
The deviled egg potato salad was good, as well as my younger son’s burger.
I travel for a living and I have had BBQ around the country and this definitely lands near the bottom of my list.
We won’t be coming back. Sorry.

Cozy open atmosphere. Friendly staff. The vegetable penne soup was very good. The burnt ends are phenomenal! Gotta try them. The waitress was on the ball our whole visit. Constant refills, made sure food was to our liking, and done with a smile. Very nice place. Definitely go back.

Used to do Woodstock location which was an easy 5-star everytime. This was first time here and was just meh. Food was good, but nothing we’d go out of our way for again, like before.
All that we could deal with, but why is there a robot bringing food around and why were we seated at a table that the robot can’t go by unless my wife moved her chair every time? The place wasn’t exactly full so not sure why we were sat there. Human servers were good though.

Update as of 1-31-26: I see the restaurant replied to my review however they never emailed me proof that the refund was done. I checked my bank account again and nothing has been refunded as of today. There was no trouble with the payment going through on January 10th yet the restaurant claims below in their note they apologize for the bank and they did this refund.
They completely got my online order wrong. Had ordered a 2×2 platter with smoked sausage and sliced brisket. I picked it up and saw when I got home they’d given me pulled pork and chopped brisket instead. Called and Jillian told me the manager Laura would refund my money since I couldn’t make it back that day. After also noticed they’d left the brisket I paid extra for off a burger id ordered. Sent an email to confirm they’d refund the extra charge for that as well. Never heard back. Followed up via email and checked my bank account, never received a refund for anything. Will never go back due to all of the mistakes and the extremely poor service with management never following through.

It’s been a little while since we’ve been back to BBQ Kings, but yes, the Pig Out and the smoked wings are sooo good. My wife and I enjoyed the wings bone-in smoked to perfection and the smoked sausage wow . The brisket was amazing, super juicy fell apart so nicely. Also, the pulled pork, cornbread and sweet potato fries are excellent.

Went in for a late lunch. Service was good, the waitress was nice and attentive. We were seated right away. Drinks and appetizer came out quick. We had the BBQ King Nachos with brisket. To our surprise, the nachos had bbq sauce on them, which was not on the description, but we ate them. Not the biggest portion of nachos, not a lot of meat. Cheese sauce and bbq sauce don’t go together. Nothing special. I ordered a brisket cheese steak sandwich, and my wife had the broasted chicken. Chicken was good – hot and fresh. Sandwich – see picture I took and compare it to a picture they have on their menu. Very different. For $18- size was not worth it, but the flavor was good. Fries were good. Fried potato salad was good – the more you eat it, the better it gets. Corn Elote- not good-tajin on it. That’s how they make it, I get it, but not our cup of tea. We also didn’t see just simple BBQ sandwiches such as pulled pork, brisket, sausage link or anything like that – everything was big mixed platters for quite the price. Overall 3 stars is a bit of a stretch but I can’t give half stars. Won’t be rushing to go back there. It was our second time at this location and we’ve been once at their location in Woodstock before it was closed permanently.
