So went inside to get some food to go. Had to use the restroom. Or I would’ve went thru the Drive thru. So ordered the 7 dollar biggie back. And had to wait for the food. And now Im wondering why? Got down the road a little bit. Went to grab a nugget. It wasn’t even hot. Fries luke warm and seemed to be reheated in grease. And the burger was also cold. Cheese wasn’t melted. And it didn’t even taste fresh. Please stop serving old, luke warm, and cold food. And no I wasn’t coming back to complain. Was not in the mood for that today. But I see why you dont give receipts now as well.

We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday at noon, and it was VERY busy. The folks working the counter did the next they could to get the food out quickly, though. The place was clean, but the restrooms did need attention. Food was reasonably hot and fresh. Mobile ordering worked well, although their mobile order screen was broken. Inside ordering kiosk was down, too.

Had a great experience at this Wendy’s restaurant. Service was fast on a busy Sunday. We try to stop in Hays as a half way point between denver and Kansas City. Wendy’s here offers a clean bathroom and good meal. The newly updated location makes it feel quite relaxing after hours on the road with the family.

Stopped at this wendy’s on our way through kansas. Along I-70, quick and easy to stop. The staff member at the front counter was extremely nice and explain to us the different sizes and flavors that you can get for the different frosties. Bathrooms were clean and organized and had no odors.

Pretty sure we got food poisoning or something from eating here. All three of us got sick within 24 hours after our stop, NOT fun when you are traveling. I think it was the mayo because it was the one common denominator between all of our meal items. We experienced classic food poisoning symptoms. I will report to the company and hopefully it was just an isolated experience.
