Original chicken sandwich with extra lettuce plus tomato. Charged 30 cents for each extra. Lettuce was light for having paid extra.
Service at register was not friendly but got the job done.
Service when food was ready was efficient but not super friendly.
Tables were a little dirty.
Was one other person in the dining room. A couple in the drive thru.

They are NOT open 24hrs. Despite all the signs and what is says when you google this location this is NOT 24hrs. 3rd time ive been here and still haven’t gotten anything exept an attitude when i ask why the signage says 24hrs

11/23/2025 at 6:07 pm. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The person in charge, I’m assuming he was the manager, was extremely rude. No acknowledgment at the cash register, not even “may I take your order?” Took nearly 20 minutes for my order. While waiting I watched this person yell at other customers and yelling at the workers. The fries were cold, but it wasn’t even worth it to go back into the store.

Slow as all hell and after waiting 15 to 20 minutes for my order the fries were half ass warm. Definitely not a fast food restaurant. Could have went to Olive garden and got my meal just as fast and if would have been hot.

Just waited at the speaker for 20 minutes no exaggeration. The other speaker got orders 3 times the whole time I was there. My side? Not once. All I wanted was a diet coke and a cone.

Waiting in the drive through for… 40 minutes now? What is life? I hope future civilizations find this message long after my mortal coil has expired. Believe in yourself. Was left in drive through for 24 min while no one was in line. Told us one more min 4 times. Anyone that drove up in the next line they took there order while telling us to please hold on. Never came back to take our order just left us sitting there.

Not my favorite fast food in the area. I go once or twice a month though because I do love a whopper. Last time there it took 23 minutes to get my food which was unfortunate but I still gave them a second chance. Usually pretty clean inside next time I will take some pics to update this post.

Katie Duchon is a horrible manager and showed racism!! I ordered using a voucher and she yelled that the new girl didn’t know how to enter it. I suggested as the manager she train her and demonstrate customer service. Katie Duchon then told me ” Your money isn’t welcome here, I’ll call the police on you”. I waited until the police came and they apologized for her. Shame on Katie Duchon! Horrible example of what a manager is
