This place is a must stop, not only do the bright colors or the shining lights at night make it feel like a fun place, step inside and you will drool over the smells and sights of chocolate and ice cream.
As a former ice cream shop owner, this place is a sweet dream. The ice cream is some of the best I’ve had. The butter pecan was deliciously buttery and the toasted coconut ice cream tasted like it just came off the tree.
While you’re in the keys, make this a stop. If you’re heading north on RT 1 take the left right after the shop, go around the block, and to head back north just back track, easy on and off.

We enjoyed our visit to Keys Chocolate and Ice Cream Shop. This is a small and super casual ice cream shop with candy and a wide selection of flavors and cones. They also feature an outdoor dining area with covered tables. The young lady behind the counter is friendly and attentive. A fun stop.

The Ice cream was great! Got a pup cup for the dog to enjoy. And some tasty chocolates for later. We sat out where they have seating and a nice size parking lot. There is also a food truck onsite. Customer service was good and welcoming.

Oh man, if you’re craving a sweet escape, Keys Chocolate and Ice Cream is your ultimate paradise! This spot is a total delight for all things sugary – from creamy ice cream scoops to decadent chocolates, fun candies, and even cute gifts that’ll make your heart skip a beat. My crew and I dove into some epic cones: the peanut butter swirl was like a dreamy hug from a peanut butter jar, mint chocolate chip brought that refreshing zing, caramel was pure gooey heaven, and the espresso flavor? And gluten free options! Total caffeine kick in dessert form – buzzworthy and bold! The place is adorable inside and out, with cozy indoor seating for those chill vibes and a sunny outdoor patio perfect for people-watching while you indulge. Whether you’re flying solo or with friends, swing by and let your sweet tooth run wild – you won’t regret it! 5 stars all the way!

The gluten-free key lime pie slice on a stick was so delicious! I was crying from happiness cause not every place carries gluten-free snacks! I also brought home a whole gluten-free key lime pie it’s is also so yummy! The ice cream and chocolates were also so good.

A local recommended Keys Chocolates for dessert, and since I absolutely love chocolate, I had to stop by for a sweet treat. The shop has a colorful ambiance and features work from local artists, which gives it a fun, creative vibe. They also serve ice cream on one side of the store, along with their signature Key Lime desserts (which I, unfortunately, couldn’t try due to an allergy).

I ended up getting a box of 8 chocolates and one truffle, which came to almost $30 with tax. I hesitated because it felt a little pricey, but decided to purchase anyway to support the local business and try them out. The chocolates were definitely tasty, though I can’t say they stood out compared to other chocolates I’ve had at a lower price point.

Service was polite, though the staff member helping me didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the chocolates. When I asked for recommendations, he mentioned that he never eats chocolate himself—which honestly left me unsure what to think.

Overall, it was a fun spot to visit once, with a nice atmosphere and good treats, but I’m not sure I’d rush back.

Small spot for great ice cream with a couple of seats inside and out. Lots of flavors and nice service. I went in expecting to get some key lime souvenirs. Didn’t work out for me.

Top yourself off with tacos and head next-door for a icy treat, or just have the ice cream for dinner you deserve it. Why not you’re in the keys.

It’s a cute little shop. The sorbet and ice cream were amazing. My party ordered 2 milkshakes and it took 10 mins to make them. The blender (mixer?) is on its last legs!
Staff were very nice, we didn’t feel rushed, even when it was slammed.

Staff was good even tho it was super busy and close to closing.

I don’t understand their chocolate pricing.
4 little pieces for $10, 8 for $17. (Plus tax) I was just in Brussels Belgium in July and don’t know how these are more expensive than Belgium chocolate in Belgium on a shack on the side of the road. They were just ok. But the jewelry style box they come in makes them present better.

Key like pie was $24.95. Was pretty good. Creamy and not too tart. A slice was $7 so I e basically just locked in dessert for the weekend lol
