Better than most BW3s we’ve visited in our travels. The server was very friendly and the food came out quick, everything being very fresh and hot. The only odd thing is they put huge scoops of pico in all of our chips and trio dips, who wants pico in their queso cheese?! ♂️

Stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings expecting a casual meal, but the service was completely unacceptable. We waited over 15 minutes and were never waited on. A server brought water to the table and then never came back — no greeting, no order taken, no check-in, nothing.
After sitting there with empty menus and no service, we eventually had to leave. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, which made it more frustrating. If you’re looking for good customer service, attentive staff, or even basic acknowledgment, this location clearly misses the mark.
Very disappointing experience. Poor service like this makes it hard to want to return or recommend Buffalo Wild Wings to anyone.

Love BWW. food is always great! Prices have gotten a little high as of lately, but most places have. Service is the only done side of any wild wings I have ever been to. Most of the time it’s fine. Other times they all act like they don’t want you there. I keep coming back for the mango habanero though!

I went here on a Sunday to watch a football game. Service was good and order a mushroom burger and boneless chicken. The wait wasn’t long and server would come by. The fries were too salty and the bottom bun was soggy which is enough to breakdown. Overall not bad

Went in at 6, didn’t get our food until 7:25. The service was so slow and even when our food finally did come out, they had “run out of fries” so we had to wait for fries even longer. I can’t believe we still tipped $25 because the service we got, she didn’t deserve a tip at all. Service was absolutely horrible. On top of that they sat us on tiny little benches with no back support. We didn’t have enough room and waiting 1.5 hours for food in such an uncomfortable seating situation makes me never want to go back.

While anticipating the store being busy for the Super Bowl, I was advised to order ahead using their app for a co-order in advance and to get better deals. For the past two days I’ve continually was met with an error that the order could not be processed and to try again later. Finally, after two days of this error, I visited the store, again to order early, and was advised that they could not accommodate the deals online. Nor could they match the prices for the bundles. No workaround was offered, and I was merely asked to continue trying using the app versus doing something in store. The staff at the store basically doesn’t show any initiative to finding a workaround but to leaving it to my devices. I guess I will just show up on their busiest day and demand the online prices and order A large amount during one of their busiest days.

Great place to enjoy some delicious food and drinks while watching your favorite sports! Ideal for either dining alone or with family and friends! The atmosphere provides the sports bar feel while having that great kid friendly experience! The dinner time can get very crowded so I would recommend eating either lunch or a earlier dinner. It was not too crowded when we arrived at 5:30 but when we left about 1 hour later there where no open seats with so many people waiting!

Wish they had more of staff to attend at the reception desk. Your eyes wonder around looking as it seems everyone of the staff are multi tasking that queing just for attention of their orders(takeout) or be seated is taking time.
