My wife and I really enjoyed our meal there thanks in big part to our server, Asia. She was really friendly and attentive and made our meal a great experience. The wings and fries were good, (miss the buffalo chips and cheese though) and my wife liked her wrap. We’ll definitely go back and hope that Asia will be there!

We had a party of 10 go into BDUBS on 2/26/26 we were greeted with the kitchen is about 30 mins behind, we said not a problem could we still sit and order drinks because a few of us wanted alcoholic beverages before dinner- host said no problem so we sat. We weren’t greeted until 35 minutes after being sat, they wouldn’t let us order alcohol from the bar to bring to the table which wasn’t a problem. We just went back to the table. After the 35 mins, we ordered drinks and appetizers- it took an additional 15 minutes for some pops and waters to come out- 2 were wrong, 1 didn’t get her drink at all, then the alcohol never came. The apps also never came. Manager never came over to the table to apologize- no smiles, no customer service at. Absolutely horrible service. We had a baby as well and not offered a high chair. To add, they were still sitting tables, greeting those tables, and their food was out.

I haven’t been to this location in a while, and they changed the look and layout of the inside dining area. It looks really good in here. The food was delicious. Our server kept checking back in with us. This was Thursday’s (buy on, get one) boneless wings day. My son and I had a great time there

Buffalo wild wings you have to do better service over the phone is horrible. Also missing items from my order not even worth calling in about because if I ask for celery and no ranch and I get double ranch also the salad was horrible basically inedible filled with cabbage, which could’ve just been coleslaw. Wings are always underdone and not enough sauce.

I only dine in Monday- Friday because of J-Ro!! She is not only an amazing bartender but her customer service is the best around!! If she’s not working I will definitely just get food to go. She always makes sure the food, atmosphere and drinks are to my liking. She is the greatest part of the Merrillville location!!! Stop in during the daytime to experience the atmosphere she provides.

Been sitting here in the lobby staring at 4 empty dirty booths & a hostess who hasn’t made a move to clean them to seat us. She has offered us finally a dirty booth with her nasty bad attitude because we didn’t want to sit at the bar… we are sitting now at a dirty booth waiting for a server. So far not impressed with this location in our first 30 minutes.
Server did clean our table after we sat here a bit. She’s friendly & making up for the nasty hostess tonight for sure!
Ordered nachos without the chicken but they have chicken & it’s so dry & crusty 🙁
Our server’s pleasant attitude is the whole reason this is a 3 star & not a 1. She did however charge me full price for my cheeseburger instead of $5 & thus got less of a tip.
Over all, we will not be returning to this location & I don’t recommend wasting your time if you want to eat & have a good experience while watching a football game in Merrillville…

Our server was amazing and on top of everything! The food sucks. Very tasteless. Atmosphere is fine. Its a sports bar and grill. Why would I hope to actually be able to hear the family member sitting next to me?! Did I mention the food was awful? Haven’t been to one in years because the food wasn’t great. Nothing has changed there.

Waited in line for 15min and no one came to greet us or tell us the wait time. When someone did finally come over she was irritated that we were upset about the lack of service. Then walked away without even putting us (or others on the waitlist).

Food is MID at best. My boneless wings were rock hard and cold in the middle, seems as though they serve old food. ON TOP OF THAT the wings weren’t even the right count or FLAVOR. Doesn’t help when the person “taking care” of me “Eve” is seen just talking to other servers tucked away in a corner, and is UNAVAILABLE to even communicate my issues to. While I just wait and see that she is doing nothing but talking to the other servers, and I’m unable to get her attention. Then when she finally comes around TWENTY minutes later to “check in” has a bitchy attitude about my complaints. REFUSED to bring a manager to me after I told her I needed to speak to someone about the lack of willingness to do their job from STAFF. I called multiple times and always get told that they will get a manager and they NEVER do, and the line ends. The entire experience was absolutely TERRIBLE, first time here and it will definitely be my LAST.
