Came in with my family of 5, we had the best waiter! Our drinks were never empty and the food was amazing!! Restaurant was clean, bathrooms clean. Food took a little while to come out but it was worth it! We will be back! I highly recommend the roast beef sandwich and bread sticks with Alfredo sauce!!

Boneless buffalo wings (rocks) and spinach artichoke dip… Buffalo bites over cook and cold. I let the bar tender feel them and they were not hot temperature wise! And the dip was not melted on top. A large blog of cheese on top. We had a bad experience for our Anniversary today The bar tender showed her concern. But this was a bad experience for us today.

Had a take away meal this evening, great piece of chicken, mashed potatoes with skins (and they were real, not powdered or instant) and green beans. The only reason I marked it down 1 star, was that they didn’t have a baked potato I really wanted a baked potato that night

I ordered curbside pick up for our dinner last night 8/15/25. This is the last time we eat at this location. I’ve given them 3 chances and each time the food has been horrible.
This order the steaks ordered were over cooked and burnt. The ones pictured were suppose to be cooked rare and medium rare. I’m not talking charbfrom the grill. I’m talking burnt. The ribs were burnt. They even managed to burn the kids pizza we ordered. The hamburger tasted like water and the bun was mush to the point we had to get a fresh bun to even attempt to eat it. The vegetables were not completely cooked they were still half hard.
Over $140 worth of food and the only thing that people seemed to like was the mashed potatoes and the order of kids chicken tenders.
Not worth my money to go there after 3 times now. I’ve given them chances and it’s now a waste of my money.

Food was terrible. The app was lukewarm. The wings overcooked. The watermelon spicy margarita was ok but it was imitation watermelon flavor. The smoky watermelon margaritas was TERRIBLE. I have never sent a drink back but this one was unbearable. I was kinda disappointed in the poor quality food.

I would give this place NO stars if I could. EVERYTIME I have picked up or eaten at this establishment it has been a nightmare. The place is filthy, on more than one occasion my food was underdone (RAW CHICKEN), and the staff is awful. However, after almost a year I was like screw it, a dessert would be nice. I paid $11 for the Carmel apple dessert and I kid you not, they gave me a tablespoon of COLD “apple pie” and a scoop of ice cream. Literally 90% BREADING!! When I called to complain, shocker… NO ONE answered the phone. I honestly can not wait for this place to be demolished and replaced with literally ANYTHING else.

Our server today was Caniece – she was genuinely sweet and attentive. The food was fresh & cooked perfectly – absolutely amazing!! After ten years of visiting this location, I can’t believe the turnaround this place has made in the past 2-3 years. Whatever your current management is doing should be mirrored nationwide. Congrats!

Pretty solid Applebee’s location in my opinion. Usually come here on Veteran’s Day for their Veteran’s Day meal. Always have really nice staff and the food is usually good. Not usually too packed during the day either. Pretty good parking lot so should not be too hard to find a space. Clean restrooms

I came this place 10/26/25 three times in one day, set at the bar, because I thought you would get quicker service. Ask for bartender, that never showed up. Left came back about 20 min later sat at bar No body no bartender..I thought 3rd time would be a charm, it WAS Not a damn person LOL. People make an eye contact with no conversation, did see a couple of girls fixing each other’s hair by the kitchen, . I now go to Mexican restaurants, BTW, Lancaster has about seven to choose from… They’re pretty courteous and timely service

Second year in a row that Apple Bees will not let my wife and I use our veteran $5 discounts. We both served but only one of us get to use the card. Both of us served!
Was sat next to a guy speaking loudly on his phone. He was telling someone that a “beautiful bartender named Julie” let him eat the new honey bacon skillet for free. So he eats free but two veterans don’t get to use the $5 gift cards offered by Apple Bees.
