I’ve gone to this location about three times now. Employees are always friendly but dismissive. I really just go for the salad bar now. The wife got the Texas brisket potato which was huge portion but horrible flavor. Taste like the meet was out of a can. For a Texas founded company I expected higher quality. The sandwiches are on par with Murphy’s deli or Quiznos if you can still find one. Only once out of those three visits was the salad at the salad bar brown and unappetizing. Plenty of parking. The chicken pot pie soup is very good. I have not tried the other soups. Wasn’t too loud, and the head football on the TVs which was nice. Everything seems very clean which I enjoyed. I’ll probably be back.

We order from Jason’s Deli almost every Saturday, and there are frequently issues with missing items. Today, however, was unacceptable. My strawberry shortcake had mold, and the avocado in my sandwich was dark and spoiled. Serving food like this is a health concern. Very disappointing, especially for a place we order from regularly.

Very first time here. Food was great, next time I will order my child something more worth the money because the kids sandwich I can just make at home if it looks like that. I love the atmosphere and the free self serve ice cream touch. The strawberry shortcake dessert was not all that tasty :/ very basic and just thick bread , dry and whip cream. However, I would love to come visit again.
Been here about 4 times now, we love you Jason deli !!!! And team !!!! You’re doing great

I haven’t been here since I was in grade school. And I knew I loved it then but I just haven’t been back. Last night. All the sub shops I wanted to go to were closed. So I googled subs around me and this one popped up. This place is setting the bar for sandwiches. And the bar is high! Super delicious! Hit the spot for my dinner. Thank you, Jason’s deli!

I just want to give a huge thank you to Jason’s Deli and especially to the amazing manager who went above and beyond for my family. My son recently became handicapped and isn’t very mobile yet, and using public places can sometimes be a challenge. The manager didn’t hesitate to step in and help us he even helped clear the area and stood by the restroom door to make sure no one walked in so my son could have privacy and dignity.
That kind of compassion, patience, and genuine care is rare these days. It meant so much to us during such a difficult time, and I truly appreciate it more than words can say. Thank you, Jason’s Deli, for not only serving great food, but for having staff with such big hearts. We will definitely be back.

Food was delicious & the people were very nice. I had the egg sandwich with fruit & coffee for breakfast & then took home for lunch & dinner, the New York Yankee sandwich (pastrami & corned beef on marbled rye with swiss cheese).

We walked in to smiles and warm hospitality. The young lady gave good eye contact , offered menu recommendations, which we ended up ordering and enjoyed very much. The quality of the food was tasty and to top it off with some soft serve ice cream was a true delight.
The dining area was neat and clean. Tables wiped. Floors cleaned. Trash disposed. Drinking station was cleared from spilt soda.
All I can say is that we need one in Hawaii! Thank you for the awesome experience. We’ll be back!

I always order the broccoli and cheese soup. It has to be my favorite. Great salad bar and also free soft serve icecream (which i love). Great selection of sandwiches and soups. I also had a bite of the chicken pot pie and it was delicious. Ohh and I can’t forget the hibiscus tea.

I usually go to McAllister’s but decided to come here because it was close. The restaurant was clean and the salad bar looked fresh though that’s not what I was here for. The cashier was sweet and I forgot to catch his name. I ordered a sandwich to dine in, with chips and a pickle spear on the menus I’ve looked at. The sandwich was what I expected and I enjoyed it. I was taken aback when I didn’t receive the pickle. I asked about it and was told, oh we don’t serve it when you dine in, you have to ask for it. It seems small but if it’s on the menu, if it’s on my receipt, I shouldn’t have to ask for just because I’m dining in. They were not rude when they told me, but as someone else mentioned, they were dismissive. I’m not sure if this is a company practice or just this location. I may give another location a change, but I’m leaning towards sticking with McAllister from now on.
