I haven’t been to this church’s in years, only because I’ve moved back to Decatur where it’s greater Happy Birthday to the young lady again, celebrating her birthday ❤️ who gave me and my daughter the 2pc free but our order wasn’t what we ordered and paid for. We both had ordered 16pc mixed with three sides. We both received dark only and she didn’t get no coleslaw. But overall we both were satisfied with the freshness of the food very hot! Will definitely come again, but check my order before leaving. Keep Up The Good Work!

So it is now 4PM. I’ve been out here since 3 o’clock and there’s no traffic in the line. There’s no way my five piece combo tenders is not done honestly save yourself the trouble on coming here. This place needs to be shut down. Or everybody just need to be re-trained actually, it’s the light skin girl with the gap between her teeth. She needs to be trained the proper way there’s no way you can have someone waiting outside for an over an hour and say I didn’t know where you went when you’re the one that told me to pull up this is unacceptable. Please do better.

I had take out today. The staff was a little comical but friendly and great service. The cashier did a great job and the small crew had great teamwork. I ordered a 4 piece bone in meal with okra and coleslaw. Everything was great. The biscuit and apple pie were great too. My favorite part was the fried okra. Oh my it was the best fried okra I have EVER had. I will definitely be back.

I ordered three piece tender combo with okra as my side item. Paid 11.10 and received three tenders so small it looked like the chicken had went on a diet. I am displeased and disappointed. Times are hard and I work hard for my money and deserve to receive what I pay for.

Ordered My food at the window and I was told to park and they will bring my food out. Parked for 14 mins then I go inside to be told that they gave my food away. So I waited another 10 minutes for them to ask me what I ordered. Told the guy asked me twice what I ordered and he still got it wrong. After all that time I just left. The bad thing is that they all thought it was nothing wrong with how they treated me and everybody else who came in. It was horrible.

They were the only place open on Memorial Drive on Christmas. We saw homeless people alone our route to walk Stn Mtn. Manager James & staff were in the Christmas spirit soon as we walked in!!! When we told them our plans – James said if you can wait a few minutes we got hot chicken coming out. We ordered several meals & drinks!!! So glad James & staff helped us be blessings to so many!!!

Save yourself the hassle and go to Publix and get their fried chicken. You’ll have better chicken and better customer service. Waited over 30 minutes for fried chicken. Got all the way home and all the sides were gone. Drove 15 minutes back to get them and felt like I was inconveniencing them to get my food that they forgot. That will be a first and last for church’s chicken.

Ordered a 2 piece was told they had no legs but thighs are ready now that would have been no problem if she had not parked me for 10 min then brought my food as I was walking in the door to get it no apologies and gave me a drink with no straw meanwhile it’s at least 5 people behind the counter I guess the GM is off not happy at all

Uber eats delivery . I’m literally less than 10 minutes from the restaurant. Chicken stale , asked for sweet tea got soda. Apple pie instead of pumpkin. No okra & missing a jalapeño pepper.

I have visited this churches chicken locations on several occasions and I have never experienced the service I received on yesterday January 06,2026 with and manger I took a homeless person inside this location to feed him and so as long as I know that churches chicken always have a Tuesday special so I proceed to asked for the Tuesday special and then it was told to me that I had to download an app to get the Tuesday special which wasn’t a problem but I didn’t have the time to download it so I proceed with can I just get an Texas special which was a two piece with a biscuit and a pepper so I paid for the 2 of those Texas special with no problem at all but then they said they didn’t have any peppers so I said can we please have something in place of the peppers so she said yes so I said can I get a small okra instead so this young boy goes to say no I can’t because it doesn’t add to the amount of the okra so I said I will pay the different I wasn’t even talking to him anyway but I was still being respectful and then a young lady walked in and she ordered 4 Tuesday special without showing any app to purchase the special so I said how can she get the Tuesday special without showing an app and you all told me that I had to have an app I felt like that was discrimination so the young boy get hostile with me and very disrespectful and very unprofessional and then when I was speaking to the manger about it she did nothing to reconcile the situation so as I was walking out of the building to my car I was talking to the homeless person about how we were treated and the young boy proceed to follow me outside and approach me asking me what did I say about him that was very dangerous for him to follow me outside I really felt like it wasn’t necessary for him to to do all of that but I do planning on taking this a little further because there was nothing done to satisfy the customer I really feel like it was discrimination on the behalf of me I would never visit this location ever again and I will go to the news people and let them know exactly what happened to me and a homeless guy when we were just trying to get something to eat at that location on memorial drive they should be very careful of people that they hire these days especially in a fast food business I will be taking this matter to an attorney I have never been treated like that it was discrimination I don’t care what no one says you saw a beautiful young lady come in there and you give her the Tuesday special but me and the homeless guy could not get that Tuesday special it’s not about the money it’s the fact of how we was treated like we wasn’t no one. That situation could have turned out to be worse on yesterday for him to follow me outside to my car I am a licensed carried person and it could have went left but I chose to do the right thing by reporting this to someone but like I said I will be reporting this to the news and to an attorney in regards to this matte.
