I haven’t been here in quite some time and was surprised to see they switched from Pepsi to Coke (boo) and no more waffle fries, which were great for fries that have a pre crispy coating on them (yuck).
Thankfully the burgers are a good as ever. Still juicy, sizeable, and a really good price all things considered.
The employee are as nice as ever and the dining area is well kept. I just wish they had the waffle fries and Pepsi.

I don’t live near a Backyard Burgers so I jumped at the chance to try it when in Marion. All I can say is this place was awesome; the staff were super pleasant and the food was awesome. I love sweet baby as bbq sauce and to see it was the brand of bbq sauce they were using was fantastic. The waffle fries were cooked fresh for me and bright to the table piping out. You can’t go wrong here

The food is always fresh and cooked just right — you can actually taste that smoky, grilled flavor that sets it apart from typical fast food. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, and everything comes out hot. The staff is friendly and the place is always clean, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best burger spots around if you want something that tastes homemade but better.

Best cheeseburgers I’ve had. Better than Five Guys (And I love Five Guys). Food came quick, and looked exactly like the pictures on the menu. Juicy, tasty, cooked perfectly.
Interior is rather basic but it’s not bad. Great cheeseburgers, and a crying shame they don’t have more business.

Our first experience at Backyard Burgers was a great one! The staff was friendly and welcoming! Service was fairly quick. The food was excellent! The restaraunts was clean and well maintained. I would go back here again anytime!

Always look forward to stopping by on my way up north but this last time was honestly.. awful ! I hate having to write this because I ‘used’ to be able to always count on getting some delicious burgers… This last visit might very well be my last. The beef paties tasted like they’d been in a deep freezer for years and warmed up in a microwave. Just bad. They also either completely changed their recipes or idk what tbh because I ordered a pickle burger and A1 steak burger and there wasn’t a drop of A1 on the burger, they had actually used very sweet BBQ sauce..?? Instead… on not just the A1 burger but the pickle burger as well.. Was inedible, dogs had a nice snack ( I hope ) though.
Dang guys I understand what’s going on in the world right now but thinking you could get away with sweet BBQ instead of A1?! That’s just silly. Oh not to mention the prices have not gotten any cheaper so where’s the overhead going? Not into A1 steak sauce obviously.

Really good customer service, friendly. Food was good and fast as well. Parking lot has plenty of space in it. I like the fries and the burger, and would recommend this place for a quick bite. I think they need some more customers though, not a ton of people.
