The last 3xs was pretty rough going here and we don’t go very much. The first time forgot our sandwiches, second time she kept trying to give me other people’s orders 3 different times the last time I just said screw it and took what was handed bc come on and then the last time she forgot our fries twice. I’m not even sure you can do that, but it happened lol this only ever happens at night time never during the day. The daytime is the best time for this store. They’re amazing and super sweet and efficient.

Spent $20 on breakfasts for myself and twins which was decent. And the food was actually fresh. I’m new to this area so this McDonald’s in particular has already won me over. I will not eat at any McDonald’s in Joplin. They are terrible and I also questioned the cleanliness of them but this McDonald’s in particular is a 10 out of 10.

Depends on which shift you go visit this place on. DAY SHIFT ROCKS!!
NITE SHIFT…. ya kinda wanna make a return trip and smack of the crew… I mean it’s fast food… And some more shift workers here… JUST CANT SEEM TO GET YOUR ORDER DONE RIGHT, even IF you are the one in the kitchen making it your self!!! And next time you want fries JUST ASK FOR SOME FRIES WITH YOUR SALT!!?

We rarely eat fast food but sometimes I get a craving for a breakfast sandwich. This location is close to my work. Each time I have went here we have received the best service and out of all the McDonalds
I have tried over the years this one tops all the others. But what really keeps us coming back is the service we receive. When they bring our order out they go over the entire order with us and say it with a smile. Thank you for that. Keep it up, it doesn’t go unnoticed!

The last 4 times we’ve come here.. mind you I take an Uber when we go.. they’ve either shorted me some fries.. got my burger wrong.. shorted me a burger.. HOW HARD IS IT TO READ A DAMN SCREEN AND KNOW HOW TO COUNT?? I’ve worked in food a lot. I know people mess up occasionally but EVERY DAMN TIME??

Very dirty, trashed store. We were going to use the restroom and then order a snack but the restrooms were so nasty and in need of attending I wondered how the kitchen was maintained. We left and probably won’t return. Staff members were crowded around the counter talking and goofing around. Pretty sure some time better spent would be cleaning around the store. Paying customers can’t “loiter” at this particular location, so I’m pretty sure employees shouldn’t, either.

Not overly friendly. I hate lukewarm ice tea. A as Lao they took out drinks bar so now I order ice tea with about 2/3 ice and instead get about 1/3 ice. When I asked to have teaa as topped with ice on the way out I got more tea instead which melted remaining ice. PAY ATTENTION people.

This is my large fry. And my 10-piece nugget with nine nuggets that are as old as can be. It’s always nice to get off work, go grab something to eat, and deal with the crappiest customer service ever. Then I get old food and I’m missing nuggets, and where are my fries? Incompetence at its best. The manager told me I could drive all the way back, but for what? I already see that you serve old food; your workers can’t even count to 10. I’m good at this location, but thanks. Laugh worthy! $11 down the drain.

So it’s 9 30 am when did someone eat Fry’s or at this dirty table last ppl forgot the egg on my husband steak egg and cheese bagel q few years back they forgot to put a meat patty on my daughters hamburger happy meal do you not have enough staff or what?
