We go out of our way on our drive home from work to go to this location because its usually better and faster than the one actually along our route. However Leah, the blonde employee who we met tonight 10:22pm January 8th literally made sure we had a bad experience. Poor customer service and a horrible attitude acting like taking our order was pure torture (3 McChickens and a frappe), and interrupting us to shout our order to Andrew, as well as having broken down machines early so we weren’t able to get the frappe we came for.

Haley was such a delight to meet and I really appreciated how she took the time to wipe the excess off of my strawberry smoothie before handing it to me. That small kindness meant a lot. She also made sure that it was full so I actually got what I paid for. Unlike other McDonalds in the area. Thank you Haley! You are appreciated! Wish more were like you!

No one at counter, had to wait till someone wandered by to pay cash, have to ask for straws, ask for napkins, no condiments, , kios , had to hit everything twice to register.

I don’t know who the older lady is at the drive thru intercom / window with the grayish hair but she had the poorest attitude. I don’t think that’s a way to treat your customers. Have a better attitude or don’t have a customer service job. The young lady at the second window was super nice, & the food was great.

6/21/21–Absolutely a horrible place to go service is horrendous time to stop blaming it on the pandemic short staff that’s bull crap. Always enough people in there no one ever works the front counter all they care about is the drive thru. I could care less if I ever come back to any McDonald’s ever not worth the money. And let me tell you fast food thats a joke. 10/28/21—Just tried the same McDonald’s again four months later and still the same horrible service all they concentrate on is drive-thru . Took 12 minutes to receive one sausage biscuit with only one customer ahead of me who only ordered coffee. 6/25/23–Well I went back and tried one more time months later and still the same awful service it is just ridiculous. All they care about is the drive-thru need more help or just go ahead and close the doors because I’m done 4/28/24 I must like punishment because I tried one more time and again I stood there 6 minutes with nobody coming to the front counter to help tons of people at drive through I just don’t understand it ridiculous please go out of business so I quit punishing myself. Suck suck sucks!!!!! 9- 5-25 same old news they still suck services horrible All they care about is drive-thru they just need to close the inside completely and save some money I can’t wait till AI takes those jobs can’t come soon enough.12-25 Still suck Don’t even think about going in you won’t get any help unless you don’t mind standing there watching them work the drive-thru orders and then they come help you after 5 minutes they can only help one person at the front counter at a time before they have to go back and work the drive-thru I don’t understand 2-13-26 still a suck place terrible service just freaking terrible .
