Foods cold, thier time management is poor. Foods never ready when they say it’s going to be. They only care about the drive through. They make you wait 15-20 even if they’re not busy. They need to start hiring people who can do the job currently instead of kids who just gossip/flirt they’re whole shift. Plus they need to be trained about the ready button. Like they shouldn’t press it unless the food really is ready.

Hopefully Mark Parrish can train these employees better. I mean… it is a McDonald’s so we shouldn’t have super high standards, but if you ask for something to not be on a burger; I would expect it, to not be on the burger when eating.. Ordered 4 kids cheeseburgers with ketchup only, and not only did they repeat the order to us, but the burgers still had pickles AND mustard on them in the end.

I was going to dine in for breakfast, sit down and enjoy a Big Breakfast & Coffee. It eas the morning of the 30th and upon arrival learned the lobby was closed because it was ice out day! Never go there again. You list a lot of business.

In my top 5 of worst McDonald’s visits, and that’s really saying something. We were traveling through and stopped so the kids could play and stretch their legs. The Play Place had been shut down two hours early. There was no heat in the building and it was 25 degrees outside. Doubt it was over 55 degrees in the building. The CO2 machine was broken, so no carbonated drinks. The men’s room had a sewer leak and the stench was unbearable. The tables were dirty and food was subpar. Don’t bother stopping at this location.

Not sure why 2 burgers with an onlinees order made 5 minutes before arriving takes 45 minutes to make. Watched dozens of people arrive and leave while we waited and reminded them every 5 minutes. Do better.

Place was busy. They have enough people working, door are open, but you can not done in, yet. About mask it is required but depending who is your cashier (one will be ask you to wear one and wait outside) even though there was almost 15 people without it. Overall it was good. Management keep everyone working…..but like I said it was busy.

They’re a joke!!! They clear the food when its not even done!!! Than you have to wait 10-20 minutes just to get your food. Please fix this. They need to go back to being trained. Plus they swear at the customer and dashers! Quit saying the food is done when its not!

Don’t ask for no lettuce unless you want extra lettuce, and don’t ask for a bacon mcdouble unless you want a tiny bite of bacon. They’ve messed up my order for a hot n spicy with no lettuce at least 8 times and whats stupid is that the tag on the damn bag said no lettuce and here my sandwich comes with extra lettuce
