It’s Buffalo Wild Wings, the same as all the rest across the country, right? You’d be absolutely wrong. I drove in from Artesia for some familiar tastes and to meet up with friends. The servers here are slower than patients from a mental hospital! 20 minutes to take drink and appetizer orders, 20 more minutes to get her attention just to order meals. On the food side, it was everything the rest of the country has to offer. It was a waste of my time driving all this way just to wait to get to order, 2 and a half hours is ridiculous to eat, it also cuts into profits and extends wait times from a business standpoint. Our waitress also never refilled the sodas until asked.

Our server, Nina was absolutely horrible. Her attitude made it appear as if she hates her job. She was slow. She rudely asked for my ID and examined it like it was fake. Mind you I’m in my 30s. The food took forever to arrive. Please do better.

Walked in 2 large parties waiting at the door, open tables everywhere.
Walked to the bar that was about 3/4 full. Bartender must have been actively trying to get people to leave because I sat there for 15 minutes and she never even acknowledge my presence.
This place is so consistently awful it’s crazy that the owner or corporate hasn’t fired the manager and entire staff.
If Roswell had more options this place would have gone under long ago.

I wish I could give 0 stars! This place is ran so horribly! The place was a mess it looked so disgusting and trashed! Employees constantly walking over and past the trash on the floor! I get running out of product and being busy, but there’s no excuse for trash under all of the tables! The food was disgusting as well! I ended up with food poisoning after eating there last night! I know the difference between cooked and uncooked chicken! Staff looked questionable as well! My son’s food wasn’t even brought along with ours, we waited like another 30 minutes after our food was out! I will never ever go back to this poorly ran restaurant in my life!

Was not happy with our experience. Had a hair in my ranch. Server had a bad vibe. My daughter’s spicy chicken sandwich had nothing on it and her fries were hard. Definitely not going back here

The service was horrible. The waitress was very rude my food was like warm. we had to ask twice for silverware and still had to wait 10 minutes for a fork. by then my food had gone cold. We had the to go to the bar for napkins because the waitress refused to come back to our table. The wings were the wrong sauce. The chip and dip were good I’ll say that but outside of those this experience was horrible.

Went here for drinks at 7pm on a Sunday and lmk why the hostess GLARED at us as we walked in? We didn’t even say anything—shawty just had her hands on her hips like she doesn’t have the. Easiest. Job. In the. restaurant. We just wanted 2 drinks from the bar. Everything else was fine, but find a new hostess—this one is rude as all hell.

I had added ranch on my online order and when I went to pick it up, there was none. I asked for some when I picked it up and was told that it would be extra, and not included with the price of the wing meal. After paying 45 dollars on food I do not appreciate the hidden fees on dips. Plus ordered a side of onion rings and there wasn’t much in the box.

Buffalo Wild Wings – Where the wings are hot and the jokes are… spicy.
Came here because Wingstop had me waiting so long I almost forgot I wanted wings. Buffalo Wild Wings is my solid #2 spot for wings—mostly because they actually give me my food before I lose interest.
Our waitress was super friendly and definitely testing out her comedy skills. We asked for napkins, and she hit us with “we don’t have any” like she was trying to see if we’d cry or something. We gave her the look, and she finally said, “I’ll go get them” like we’d passed the test. Nice try—we came for wings, not improv night.
We ordered an appetizer before the wings, but the wings showed up first—30 minutes later the app finally appeared like it took the scenic route. The waitress apologized with another joke. We fake-laughed and threw one back about the wings growing feathers if we waited any longer. Pure comedy gold at our table.
The appetizer came with three dips—one looked like it had been microwaved with the power of the sun or zapped by alien rays. But hey, tasted better than it looked. I’ll give it that.
Food: 5 stars – Wings are always solid. You can’t mess up wings.
Service: 5 stars – Even with the napkin adventure and my sidekick’s Pepsi (wish it had been Coke—Pepsi is wicked stuff), she kept the laughs coming.
Environment: 5 stars – Loud music, lots of TVs. Exactly what you want in a wing joint
