NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. NOBODY CAN DO A THING RIGHT HERE. I ordered in the mobile app and walked in. 15 minutes later, my food still isn’t ready. From what it appeared somebody put my order bag on the Drive-Thru tray. That was the exact moment I had enough and walked out AND NOW I JUST THREW AWAY $12 BECAUSE I DIDN’T GET MY FOOD EVERY TIME I COME HERE, IT’S ALWAYS SOMETHING. THEY TAKE THEIR SWEET TIME TO MAKE MY FOOD OR WHENEVER I GO THROUGH DRIVE-THRU THEY ALWAYS HAVE ME PULL FORWARD AND THEIR JERKS ABOUT IT AND I’VE HAD JUST ENOUGH. I WILL NEVER BE GOING TO THIS CRAPPY RESTAURANT AGAIN AND I WILL ENCOURAGE ANYONE NOT TO.

i have gone here a couple of times and it’s great most of the time. the last couple of times i have gone here for breakfast the orange juice is disgusting. it’s super watered down. it’s unacceptable to upcharge people for orange juice and you can’t even drink it because it’s so gross.

Service was generally great and food arrived quickly. The lady at the till struggled with our order a bit but wasn’t too bad. The food was fine.
They have a play area here and this was chaotic. The kids here were screaming constantly at such a pitch which was awful.
It would have been good if someone was in better control of this area as the parents don’t seem to care! Don’t come here if you’re expecting a quiet meal.

The morning manager trespassed me cuz they handed me the wrong order 4x thru drive thru so as I waited 20 mins for 2 sme I went inside and when I was handed my food I asked if they were sure it was correct the Alana the morning manager proceeded to follow me out the store and took my plate number and said I was trespassed from the store…. Listen I understand the managers dont want wasted food on there sheet but giving out old mcchicken is a no no I took three bites threw it away. What the managers need to make sure that when the timer goes off you get rid of the food not keep it sitting there then serve it to customers do better

Updating beings, it’s been a year. Old nasty nuggets. On top of that, I had to drive back to get them because they forgot them in my bag. Had the sauce for them, though. Cold fries. So I will be updating from my original 1 star… to 1 star still. And these people want $15 an hour? They don’t deserve anything over minimum wage…if that.

This mcdonald’s is always my FAVORITE to go to. If you’re in portage then you should know the struggle is so real at the one in front of Walmart. I will drive the extra couple minutes specifically to come to this one! They never disappoint. Love the staff every single time I come (& ashamed to say I come here often lol), the foods always nice and fresh, I literally have no complaints and its not often you find that.
