Went for a late night bite & also their margarita of the month!
We got 3 appetizers, 3 margs and our bill was $66 and change. Our server was amazing, checked on us after food got there, mid way through our bites. She was attentive. Place was clean, staff was friendly.

The front young lady was nice 🙂 and we had Martino as our server. At first, he was really nice. We know he did put ribeyes. But when we got our order, it was wrong, instead of getting 2 ribeyes, they gave us one sirloin. We had no problem with it; we just wanted to let them know and didn’t know the exact price. We just didn’t want to be charged incorrectly.
The manager on duty (Lance) came to check our orders and insisted it was a ribeye based on what he was seeing, just because I gave my husband a piece of mine (ribeye) for comparison. And my husband looooves steak, so he definitely knows. Lol.
Martino came back and asked how we were. I just told him again, with a smiley face, that everything was fine and that I just didn’t want to be charged wrong (without actually knowing the price). He mumbled, “It’s not much of a difference in price.” It was just a 70-cent difference, but that’s not the point! For us, it’s about WHAT WE WANT TO EAT… hahahaha.
It was just terrible service in the end. They didn’t even apologize for giving us the wrong order. It’s crazy that it’s my birthday and this exact location was where we wanted to eat, because we’ve had several dates here already but anyways I hope next time its not like this cause before it wasnt…

I usually like Chillis. Ordered to go tonight and got the chips and salsa along with other food. Had to make our own salsa to go with it because they gave us salsa that wasn’t even half way filled in the cup. Very tiny amount. Come on guys.

Honestly, haven’t been to a Chilis in probably 15 years, but we wanted to go out to eat as a family without breaking the bank.
I was pleasantly surprised with the food, price, and service. The efficiency of the service was unbelievable! It was so fast and very convenient for families. Our server was very nice and attentive.
For a family of 3 we only spent $50 all in and saved like half our meals. We will be back!
They don’t nickel and dime you either. They gave us a discount on the dessert and there are free refills on drinks.

Vanessa was an outstanding server and made our entire experience truly enjoyable. She was friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. She knew the menu well, answered all our questions with confidence, and made great recommendations. Our drinks and food arrived promptly, and she consistently checked in without being intrusive. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel welcome. Vanessa is a great example of excellent customer service, and we would be happy to be served by her again. We went for the advertised lunch special seen on tv. there were a variety of choices but we opted for the loaded hamburger and fries. they also gave me a side salad. The burger was loaded with cheese, lettuce and tomato. it was a big sandwich and very tasty. The special also came with all the salsa and tortilla chips you could eat.
We went again just this week and had the lunch special again. This time we both opted for the fried chicken sandwich. it was very good. I ordered a side salad and my friend got a giant basket of crispy nachos and salsa. Fries and a drink were also included.

BEWARE! Read the menu very carefully!
For those of us who love/loved the skillet queso, it is evidently no more. I made the mistake of ordering the ‘southwest queso’ as it was the only thing on the menu which looked like what I wanted. This gloppy goop is TERRIBLE! Skillet queso is gone and this crap is in it’s place??? Won’t make that mistake twice.

Great service, and very clean I gave the food a 3 because for $29 I thought that the cheddar jalapeño would have more. Everything tasted great. Server was tentative. This would be a good plate for a group to share as an appetizer
