As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

As a child I loved Rallys but now it’s inconsistent. They just will hire a body. Guy that attended me seemed unaware. The burger was salty. And the chicken tenders were terrible. Says seasoned tasted none bland and flavorless. They closed and reopened and they still don’t have the milkshake machine working..Remember employees the milkshake brings all the boys to the yard. Overpriced and the meat and small fry quality is not worth it. Better if you go to Culver’s.

My biggest regret was ordering food from here today. Very unpleasant experience. The lady in the window was very rude. Did not give me a receipt for my payment. I had to drive back seven minutes later because she did not include the large french fry with the order the other food that I ordered was old, poor quality, poor customer service I usually do not do these type of reviews, including on restaurants, but this is ridiculous. I should have just drove to checkers in Lansing for better quality. The food looked so old. I took one bite of the hotdog and was disgusted. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog at home people work hard for their money, so they be treated poorly and get poor quality food from a corporation or a franchise is despicable.

I ordered a big buford no onion, came out really fast like it was just sitting out, i received no receipt, and my burger was cold. I figured because it was a special my burger would be fresh but it obviously was not and must’ve be someone else’s i guess. Disappointed!!

Very much upset . I order through Uber eats and this is what I received . I called to speak with a manager at 2:30am nobody picked up the phone . The meat was old and burnt and they gave me a little bit of fries . I’ll NEVER ORDER FROM YALL AGAIN .

Was waiting to order for 20 minutes even drove around to see if i saw anyone inside and no.. I then took off then seen two workers come outside to smoke. and then go over to the other side of the building to continue to smoke, I pulled back up and still no one came to the speaker or window to take my order. The two workers even seen me drive up and still nothing. I saw they were sitting outside so i asked if anyone is working and their response was “they’re on break” – and one worker didn’t even try to turn or acknowledge me. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE. If all employees go on break at the same time – this should be posted on the building so customers are aware.

Asked for a chili dog and onion fries and a pop.Got to the window something totally different. I did get the chili dig and fries they added a sandwich. The cashier said she gave me the 2 for 8.00 and just gave me a pop.I was going to be late for work so I didn’t make a fuss , but moving forward you just can’t give people what u want them to have ! Very unfriendly location. Lady at the booth had attitude right out the gate. I said give me a moment and 15 seconds later I said what I wanted. Proceeded to wait 3 minutes to be told 1 second. Waited 2 more minutes and couldn’t wait any longer your incompetent workers were draining my lunch break. Very unprofessional and honestly I don’t think this location should stay open anymore. Fire these people for ruining your location.

The lady at the speaker had a horrible attitude. Repeated my order 4times as she rudely said huh? Get to the window to get my order after she repeated my order to me. I get my food and whole order wrong!!!! I ordered chicken sandwiches and got hamburgers. Had to wait 30 min for them to answer the front window to get my money back! This location is horrible! Surprised they are still open
