I ordered DoorDash from here and it arrived like this; The roast beef was rainbow and iridescent for some reason and very fishy; I did not eat it; But after contacting the company to let them know of the issue, I was offered no compensation or even an apology. The guy just said I’ll check it out and hung up on me. The meat was rainbow in multiple spots. There’s no way this wasn’t noticed by the person assembling the sandwich. And if it wasn’t noticed, they weren’t paying enough attention! Won’t be eating here again!

I ordered DoorDash here and not only was it disgusting but half of it was wrong.
Don’t bother ordering the soup because they’ll give you the smaller size and only fill it a third of the way up and forget all the toppings
The sandwich was probably two out of 10, it was super soggy, but at least it had the right things on it.
They didn’t have the brownie I ordered, so they gave me 2 cookies that literally were so hard. I felt like I was gonna chip a tooth.
Disappointing and disgusting.

Nice large seating area, plenty of staff working, and a Freestyle Coke Machine. While they did forget my daughter’s mac and cheese we luckily had checked our order before we left with the take out. My daughter LOVED her sandwich, which she’s very picky about.

I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile! Every single employee was friendly and very efficient. There was an issue with my gift card and manager Jessica fixed it. Chris, Gage and Robby were so very friendly, I highly recommend this place! My sandwich was also very delicious! Go get a sub sandwich right now!

Firehouse Subs is a chain sandwich shop that’s owned by firefighters and having part of their sales go towards charities related to firefighters. This location is in a strip mall off Everett Mall Way with a good amount of parking outside. They have a couple tables outside and about a dozen or so inside. They’re menu is a good size, with sandwiches ranging from small to medium to large. The price per portion isn’t great but the sandwiches have great taste. This location didn’t have a hot sauce bar which was disappointing. The staff were friendly bit took a while to take our order and make it (longer than other locations).

Well, I did have a very bad time at Firehouse Subs a few days ago. I got in touch with customer support and they made it right! They gave me the points that the employees told me I couldn’t get.The sandwiches are good but I was not pleased with the service, that day. It was the employee and manager combination that day. They had a different attitude than most of the employees I had experienced in the pass. They had a different attitude or agenda. I hope to never get them again. I will be going back , praying they are not there. Thank you Firehouse Subs support.

The food was amazing! They have an assortment of hot sauces that I can’t wait to try and the customer service was some of the best especially for a time of day that wasn’t busy! Also when you sign up for their rewards program you get a free 6” sandwich, can’t wait to try something else from there!
