Very clean and the gentleman taking our order was pleasant and helpful and he also cooked out breakfast. It was my first time eating at a Waffle House and I would recommend it. The only thing is I wanted to buy a mug to take home, but they don’t sell them. Other than that it was a great experience.

You know it really doesn’t matter where you work wether it’s a Michelin star restaurant or a Waffle House it matter how you treat your customers and Kaylex is by far one of my favorite servers I’ve had taken care of me. The cook Wesley is always checking with me on my food every single time I come in here and if something’s wrong they correct it immediately.

Today my dad and I went to Waffle House, and the experience quickly became uncomfortable. As soon as we sat down, our server, Leanne, spoke to us with a hostile and passive-aggressive tone. We sat at our usual table, which had a few minor stains. We decided it was not a big deal and sat down anyway.
Almost immediately, Leanne told us the table was not clean. We calmly said, “It’s okay,” thinking that would be the end of it. While waiting, we briefly wiped a couple of spots with napkins. A few minutes later, she returned and began making irritated comments about how she had to clean the table, even though we had already stopped.
She continued repeating herself in a disrespectful tone, which escalated the situation. My dad eventually asked her to calm down. In response, she slammed condiments on the table, refused to serve us, and told a coworker to take over.
The only reason this review gets two stars instead of one is because Dakota was an excellent waiter after taking over. The food was great, but the service from Leanne ruined the atmosphere. Based on our experience and other reviews, I recommend avoiding her section if possible.

Food was great, leane said if you want good service don’t sit in her section. This was the absolute worst service I’ve ever had in my lifetime. She cussed out One customer, in the parking lot and then started cussing out my group of people. And then called the cops. The cook was super friendly, great guy food was great . Waitress horrible.

Amanda was a great waitress! So friendly and checked on multiple times! She handled a ” problem customer” sitting behind us with grace and professionalism! Food was quick and hot. Restaurant was so clean and comfortable!

Leanne, She is a woman in her late 70s and extremely unprofessional. If you have no other option to eat and must eat here, avoid her at all costs — she will completely ruin your night. Her attitude is rude, careless, and unacceptable, and because of her, this place will continue to lose customers.
On the other hand, if you get Dakota, he knows exactly what he’s doing — please make sure to leave him a good tip.

The food was awesome as always, however the waitress was rude and very unprofessional, this makes 2 different occasions she has given us terrible service. The first time she wamted our food order before she even took our drink order and told us to basically suck it up because thats how Waffle House does it now, then this time we had out of town family and friends with us and she was first rude to us then a couple walked out because she was rude to them and she followed then outside cussing them, she turned to me and my guest after the couple left and started on us, I have always loved sitting in Waffle House and enjoying coffee but never nowhere else have I experienced such a rude selfish waitress.
