I have recently received my order, specifically combo 1, and I would like to commend the excellent service provided. I appreciated the promptness, as my order was ready in just three minutes. However, I would like to suggest that there is a need for improved cleanliness in the dining area, particularly in relation to the tables, which were quite dirty and covered in crumbs.

I am appalled by the way I was treated by the “cashier” on 10-4-2025 Tuesday night! I order from this place frequently and have NEVER had an issue as remotely abhorrent as I was but am SO PLEASED that the young man with curly hair was amused by her disrespectful attitude and flat out to my face LIED to me about why it was 20 min of people ordering and leaving with full MEALS whil I stood all of that time for mashed potatoes and okra. I tried to get SEVERAL employees attention to inquire about the delay and finally she SNAPPED at me that I was waiting on okra. Mind you there was an extremely filled section of OKRA behind her as she said this. After more and more customers come and go I am STILL WAITING! Finally I said if they have an issue serving the already COOKED OKRA in plain sight then I needed a refund. While theyoung man laughs she tells me AGAIN she is “just a cashier” bags my stuff anyway and shoves it at me.
As I walk out in disgust O see onlya individual gravy and paid for a large. I went back in to say this is a small gravy and I ordered a large…to get what I paid for. So I ahow her, say what I jyst said and she scoffs “yeah, and?” I said I paid for a large. Do you know she had the UNMITIGATED GALL to snap at me ” MAYBE YOU SHOULD LOOK NEXT TIME!”

I’ll tell you this much, I have lived in this area and shopped this town before THIS RUDE YOUNG LADY was wiping her OWN REAR END and no matter your menu or your price I WILL NOT PAY a cent to allow such treatment for no good reason than I asked about the FOOS I PAID FOR! I will be letting so SO MANY people know about thus and HER!

Went drive thru and waited about 6 minutes from moment I ordered to food delivery. Very quick food find on a lent Friday. Price is great for $8.99 2 piece fish 2 side 1 bread roll and 1 beverage deal. Would definitely recommend for a quick food find on lent Friday.

Drive thru option can take a bit, at times, but so worth it.
HOWEVER: For some reason, this location, slacks when it come to food quality. Ordered gizzards & got dried up fried jerky. Like the gizzards had been sitting out for a long time before frying. This location is definitely a hit or miss.

BEWARE
I ordered chicken liver and it was BAD tasted spoiled.
Also order 3 piece chicken meal NASTY chicken tasted like it was cooked several hours ago and refried when I ordered.
My son had chicken tenders that were very dry.
I am literally sick to my stomach no joke. I called them and of course people are clueless. I will report them to the health department.
