I went there today and they were out of ketchup, fries, bacon, honey mustard, chili and many other items. How is it possible to be out of ketchup. It was 3 pm. I felt terrible for the workers trying to explain this to customers. Obviously someone forgot to order supplied but couldn’t they buy bottles of ketchup from the store for the time being.

Ive attempted to use this Wendy’s 3 times in the last 2 months, everytime I go i sit in lie for 15min with only 2 cars infront of me just for me to give up waiting and leave each time. HORRIBLE! Food and service. And then they make you wait at the 1st window until the 2nd window waves you down while there is a whole line behind me like what are y’all doing! And then get mad and then say “this always happening, I’m about to leave” because I didn’t wait for you to wave me down to the 2nd window like girl the sign does not have your name on it it says WENDYS! You don’t run nothing your a worker do your job love. These kind of people are what ruins brands!

I asked for tea with no ice and no sugar. I was told they were out. Ask for a large coffee to go with my lunch, they said we only have coffee for breakfast. Ask for a diet Coke with no ice. You’ll never guess what I got with my Coke.

I do mobile orders and every time I’ve come here I’ve had to wait eight minutes in the drive-through and another 15 in the parking lot I order before I leave for work it’s a 20 min drive there. The food should be made by the time I get there. I work at 11 pm, put my order in around 10-10:15 and get there by 10:40.
