The drive through personal “Liyah R” is extremely rude and hostile. We tried to ask for some ketchup and walked away mumbling who knows what at us. She also forgot 2 of our items but we think she did it on purpose. It was empty when we went so I don’t understand why all the hostility.

Had a good experience at this Carls Jr location, sometime around 2AM-2:30AM this morning, I got hungry and saw that Carls Jr was one of the few places open around that time. Pulled up to the drive thru, lady through the speaker told me their computers are down and would take 10 minutes to reboot, since I was the only one in line I was cool with waiting. 1 minute later 4 cars are right behind me , but anyways, kind old lady gave me a free cookie for my wait, I didn’t notice until I got home, and wanted to say thank you through here. I appreciate the kind gesture, it’s hard to come by kind gestures nowadays , if I ever am feeling like having Carls Jr, I’ll make sure to come to this specific location, and recommend family as well as friends. Even though there’s 2 other locations closer by a mile to me. Have a nice day.
