I’ve given this location plenty of opportunities to just give me what I pay for, but they fail 100% of the time. I’d recommend never ordering for pickup or delivery because your order will be wrong, it will be missing things you paid for. This disappointing time, we order the family size bacon biscuit breakfast sandwiches and…not ONE sandwich has bacon on it. I’m not sure what is going on behind the scenes at this location but there is some serious mismanagement going on when every single time we order, there is something wrong or completely missing. They are also very inconsistent with the the condiments they provide. Sometimes you get syrup, sometimes you don’t. Sometimes you get butter, sometimes you don’t. It’s just never a good experience getting food here. We’re waiting for the manager to call us back for a refund, but I’m not expecting that to actually happen based on how this place is run. Corporate needs to take a good look at the management at this location. Look at the bad reviews. Something needs to change. At this point we are no longer going to Bob Evans.

I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in. They gave me a minute to look at the stuff they had for sale then gave me a nice window seat. They just started a new menu recently and I was very happy to see some of the new items. Service was great, I never ran out of water or pop. Food came quickly, was hot and delicious.

Ordered only a container of soup and rolls on app, went in after about 10 minutes when it said it should be ready. and Stood there for 15 minutes while they purposefully didn’t make eye contact so they didn’t have to acknowledge me then finally ask what I’m there for, I tell them, then after another 15 minutes of door dash and dine in customers taking top priority, being asked to move by a waitress who only cared about the dine in people, I asked them to cancel mine because I needed to return to work. Then all of a sudden they were able to get my singular container of soup in less than 30 seconds, didn’t get the rolls I paid for for, but I didn’t care at that point and needed to get back to work. I’m guessing the carry out girl only decided to pick up the pace because the kind gentleman who finally got things going for me appeared to be a manager that had just gotten in. It’s literally soup. You ladle it in a cup and go. No reason for that. At the very least tho I can give kudos to the manager/gentleman.i used to work at a Bob Evan’s in the day, I understand what being busy is like, but this was not it, efficiency (not necessarily speed) is the best skill you can learn in restaurant business.

Everytime i go to this restaurant i have to hear ralph’s loud mouth in the back while im trying to enjoy my food. he criticizes his employees like the head of the US army. we also heard him screaming derogatory terms towards black people. no person should be able to manage a restaurant like this.

Wasn’t really that busy and took a hour or so to get our food, Portions were small and all 3 meals Wasn’t great at all. My meal made me sick a few hours later. 1 of the worst experiences I’ve been to at a Bob Evans restaurant. I had the ham dinner, mother n law has the turkey dinner and wife had the chicken sandwich with fries and none was great. First time we have tried Bob Evans for dinner and be the last. We will stick to breakfast as it seems like the portions are much bigger.

Party of 4, we were seated quickly, drink orders taken. When the drinks were brought, we placed our food orders and then we waited, and we waited, and we waited for 45 minutes. 3 of the meals were brought. The fourth one was not, she said it would be right out. It was another 15 minutes. The other 3 people were almost finished eating before the fourth meal was brought out, she said that HE was so busy back there. Now, I don’t know if that meant that there was only one cook or what. But it was super slow, the food was good, though.
