Stopped here a few days ago. I was excited to see they had brought back some old items. Ordered a seven layer and a chili cheese burrito. Always loved seven layer burritos. Hiwever, either the ingredients changed or my taste buds did because the seven layer didn’t taste like they used to. This, unfortunately, wasn’t the most disappointing thing I ordered. I realize prices have gone up so I wasn’t surprised at the price of the chili cheese burrito. What I was surprised about was what I got. It wasn’t a burrito. It looked like someone had dipped the bottom of a ladle in chili and then smeared it on a tortilla. At best it was a chili flavored tortilla. If you’re feeling nostalgic for some old favorites, it’s probably not worth it

We waited over 20 minutes for our food under the instructions from kiosk saying wait for your name to be called. We could see our food was ready and other people were getting their food and walking out. ONLY until I went up to the desk and stood there for a few minutes did someone come up to the desk to ask my name. The food was correct, but they changed the music every 3 seconds so maybe if they decided to leave it, it would have been done faster. A worker also said “I’m just trying not to throw up”. That doesn’t make me feel comfortable about the food I’m about to eat being prepared. The decorations were very cute for Christmas, so that was a good thing about the atmosphere. If you want FAST food, skip this location.

7 people Working Kinda dirty. No one there and it still took too long. 3 Burritos and an side of jalapeño NO SIDE GIVEN My son worked at a Taco Bell for a long time and I understand sometimes it’s tough. That’s the only reason I gave them a three. They deserve a one or less.

I recently visited the Taco Bell on Airport Road in Jackson, MI, that is attached to the Shell gas station, and while the drive-thru lady was pleasant, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The location is incredibly inconvenient, with minimal parking and difficult access. Unfortunately, the food did not redeem these issues. The soft shell tacos were cold and had hard parts on the tortillas, and the chicken chalupa had a crunchy shell but was flaking apart and served cold. This establishment needs serious improvements in both food quality and accessibility to meet the standards expected from a Taco Bell.

Dang! It’s rare when the food is awesome and the customer service is incredible. Had a large order and they nailed every item.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Inedible food, poor customer service, and not willing to make fresh food when an item is depleted. I wanted Nacho Fries but they didn’t want to make more at the end of the shift so I couldn’t order them. Yes I was told that by Autumn. I will never eat here again but I’d love my $11 back since I had to throw the food away.

Very Dissatisfied with my food this evening. I rarely go to Taco Bell but I figured it sounded good.
When I went to bite into my first Dorito Taco there wasnt but a small drop of meat it was all shell, cheese and lettuce; the second was the same.*Photos I have posted were to show the comparison in my food.*
My soft shell taco had more in it than all three of my Dorito Tacos.
My Mother’s Chalupa looked like it was a few hours old, it was a dark golden brown color broken on the bottom and it was cold and She said she felt like she got yesterdays food.
Hopefully next time will be better but I dont think I’ll be going back anytime soon.

Every single time I get food here it’s very disappointing. If they would just take their time it could be great or I guess as good as West Ave seriously they need to stop being so annoyed with their job. If they could just get over it that part and take care of their customers right it would be great all I asked for was extra rice and extra sauce on my burrito an easy bean and my burrito exploded with sauce, it was disgusting and they didn’t give me any napkins. Basically I could tell they were annoyed with the large order in front of me or maybe they weren’t and just were annoyed that I even came to their store. So thanks Taco Bell airport road once again disappointed

The food was gross steak was burnt pieces and dry. The nachos were broken up pieces and the ingredients were placed in middle and then got wrong items and waited forever for the food

My daughter and I went through the Taco Bell drive-thru around 10 PM last night. There were no cars ahead of us, and the lobby appeared closed. When we pulled up to order, we were asked to “hold on for a moment.” After waiting eight minutes with no response, my 9-year-old finally said, “Hello?” The speaker then responded that they were busy with DoorDash orders.
We ordered a #1 combo (three Taco Supremes with no lettuce or tomatoes). The order screen only showed “no lettuce,” so I clarified that I wanted the #1. The employee then told me I hadn’t asked for Supremes. However, the menu states that a #1 includes Taco Supremes, and my request to remove lettuce and tomatoes should have made that clear.
At that point, the employee’s tone became noticeably short and monotone. Even my 9-year-old noticed and asked, “Why is she being rude? We waited patiently and asked respectfully.” After my daughter pointed it out, I asked if there was a manager on duty. The employee replied, “Yes—myself and two others.”
Honestly, that was disappointing. If this is the standard of management, it’s no surprise that customer service quality suffers. Fast food workers deserve respect, but so do paying customers.
