First time in Key West, and I spent plenty of time exploring the local coffee shops. There are many to choose from, and Keys Coffee is definitely one worth visiting.
Food:
I’m normally more of a tea latte person, but I’ve decided to develop a taste for coffee. Someone suggested starting with mochas as a way to ease into it, especially since my palate tends to be sensitive to bitterness.
With that in mind, I ordered a mocha with extra chocolate and additional foam. It may have been closer to a “dirty hot chocolate,” but it was definitely delicious.
Service:
The staff were friendly and helpful. As I explained my new interest in coffee, the barista did a great job helping me choose the right drink. They even laughed a bit when I shared my strategy for developing my palate. They also did an excellent job with the temperature and the extra foam.
Atmosphere:
It’s a well-designed coffee shop. The layout and décor create a relaxed yet slightly upscale feel. There’s seating for different group sizes, and the menus are easy to read and thoughtfully presented.
Glad that I stopped in.

Great place. Good services a delicious food for vegetarians but also eggs and fish choices. Great taste and cocktails and juices. Vegan dessert chocolate chip cake was amazing and the postobella goat cheese and red grilled peppers was amazing. My husband got the mahomahi sandwich with sweet potatoes fries and it was delicious!

Keys Coffee was the perfect start to every morning! Their cappuccinos were awesome. We also got to try their bagel sandwich which was delicious especially with the scallion cream cheese. Wish we would have found it earlier in our week!

Nice quiet coffee shop off the main road of Duval St. the 24 oz. Cafe con Leche was very tasty with the distinct Cuban coffee taste. The classic breakfast sandwich made better pressed on Cuban bread.
