Didn’t realize how bad of service Id receive when spending $60 for 2 combos and 2 sides for my meal to be completely wrong. My delivery driver said they kept “losing” the order so I guess they just decided to put whatever they felt like in the bag. Honestly for a holiday night, maybe at least pretend to care about the job you do. Dumbfounding how many mistakes can be made for something as simple as reading an order receipt and putting it in the bag bro. I had the pleasure of going to a Cracker Barrell down the road with excellent, timely service. No issues. Yet, the stark contrast between there and this joke of a fast food joint! My order was expected at 7PM and did not arrive until 9PM!!!

We just left this location after dealing with the rudest “supervisor” ever. When asking a simple question on the amount of cherries in a cherry limeade, she insisted that no cherries are included, just syrup. After informing her yes, cherries are included, and every location includes at least one, she told us “…no they don’t.” Arguing with us and basically calling us liars. We took our business to the other Sonic across town and what do you know, cherries and a lime wedge included! Stay away from the Butler location.

Didn’t ask if we were paying cash or card just assumed it was cash and then when when we were able to give her cash she didn’t give the proper amount of change back. She was also very rude and short with us.

Unprofessional and rude staff were unwilling to help with ordering issue on 11pm Sunday October 26th. Left with sour taste because I have never had any issues at other locations, avoid this location at all costs.

I am writing to share my family’s recent disappointing experience at Sonic. When our order was brought out, the bag was soaked with grease and other liquid, which leaked onto our hands and into our car. We politely pointed this out to the server, but instead of offering a solution or an apology, she was short and dismissive. This lack of basic courtesy and willingness to address the issue was extremely frustrating and left us feeling disrespected and unvalued as customers. We hope Sonic will address both the food handling concerns and the customer service we experienced so other guests don’t have the same encounter.

Speed of service at this location is really horrible. I ordered two items and had to wait almost 30 minutes to receive. They also just threw the burrito together.

I don’t expect much from sonic but this one is by far the worst! They weren’t even busy but we waited like 10 min for someone to answer after pushing the button. Didn’t let me pay at the stall either. Took forever for our food to come out and once we got home, we realized our toaster burgers had no burger!! Wth? It was only onion ring, bacon, lettuce and sauce. What a waste of time and money. DON’T GO HERE!
